We were helped by a guy named Justus. Give than man a raise. He helped us and was very pleasant, even patiently teaching another employee at the same time. Just in the time I was waiting for my food, which wasn’t long, I saw him interact with other employees, they asked him questions and he answered them as if he were excited to do so. I also watched his interactions with 2 other customers and I feel the need to thank him on their behalf also. He was excellent, smiled, seemed happy to be there. I’ve eaten more McDonald’s than a human probably should and I can say this dude is top tier. All of the employees were pleasant and seemed to all work well together. Corporate should give this location a bonus.

I understand that this is McDonalds and that we are paying for convenience but I don’t think I have ever had everything in my order once when going to this particular McDonalds. It really shouldn’t be that difficult to make sure everything is in the bag before handing it to the customer. Do better.

I stop by a few times a year. Im always disappointed in this location. And last time I was here, I was very disgusted with the burger, it was very sloppily made and few of the ingredients fell out when i picked up the burger. Too much mayo on the edge, i didn’t finish the burger threw it away.

Waited 20 minutes with no food. It took a additional 5 minutes after I talked to someone. Our burgers were cold and not cooked all the way. As well as forgetting one of our fries. This location used to be very fast. But has been terrible since around 2021 or so. Terrible terrible service.

Definitely friendly Kyla was very helpful and she even opened the door for my elderly mother when entering the restaurant . The handicap spaces are available next to the door. The restaurant and restrooms are very clean and stocked men’s & women. The tables are clean and a very fun play area for the kids to play!

Always extremely slow. They don’t use the best practices that most McDonald’s do. For example, the freaking drive-thru is ridiculous. They don’t have cars park and wait for their food, they just line up. I can’t wait until Jack in the box opens up across the street. I’m sick of ordering early at this location only to wait 20 minutes in line.

Had a pickup order and planned using the app ahead of time, thinking it would ready as I arrived to the store. Ended up taking 25 minutes from the time the order was placed to the time it was ready. The food may be what you expect from a typical McDonald’s, but just know there’s no element of “fast” to their fast food.

I had sworn off McDonalds food. Rarely ever eat thier ‘product’.
It’s plain unhealthy.
So I happened to decide to try again. I tasted like a mouth full of MSG. Within a half hour, my guts as usual did not like what McD’s does to their food. I as as usual, will suffer gastro intestinal grief. It’s like a science experiment.
