I visited around 2 pm the line was pretty quick with 3 vehicles in front of us. The kids meal cheeseburger was the best I’ve had from a BK in awhile and a great employee on his first day named Robert was so friendly and helpful. I’ve been to this place many times before and know the previous reviews can be true. Today was a great experience with hot fresh buns and amazing fresh fries. * my first review ever in my life* Thanks Robert! Hope you have an amazing 2026!

The new store look is amazing! Interior and exterior, and kept very clean.
Also I asked for a Hershey milkshake and she said the machine wasn’t working but went out her way to HAND BLEND it for me! Went above and beyond. Didn’t even think that was possible. Super happy about this and WILL come back again. Also the lady at the counter had an amazing personality very bright and inviting. Made me and the person I went there with laugh a few times 🙂 10/10 recommended.

If I could give zero stars I would give zero stars this is ridiculous, while people are just standing an then forget about your order because of hitting the bottom on screen an have to walk to the back and remind them of your order. An it’s like management smiles a laughs an even the guy in the back making food smiling a laughing while you have kids waiting over an hour to dine in for food. An then want to say after 45 mins of waiting a saying something we are working on it now an haven’t even started. I will not recommend this Burger King for no family fast food quick an easy. I would love for the general manager or manager to contact me about this. Crazy when a worker says you deserve a refund an I have already said that an got a rude face an rudeness

So…..brand new store amd our first time back!!!! Store is gorgeous and they have new ordering screen and everything looks amazing. Drink machine was acting up but no one bothered to offer to get drinks in the back, so we tasted the nasty drinks before realizing. No zesty sauce and no napkins available without asking. Hoping management gets it together and quick because the reputation had gone down hill before the new store was built. Lots of chatter in the back from workers. Manager came out to ask how it was amd the food tasted AMAZING!

Sat in the drive through line for 30 minutes for 2 cheeseburgers, and they weren’t even busy! There was about 2 competent employees while the rest didn’t seem to care. Lack of leadership and discipline is evident by the dirty store and poor service.

The 1st month after the grand rebuild: food as expected & service was good.
Now…. all those people have left, DEI has set in.
The line workers are literally yelling at each other and in each other’s face. The front counter young girl with red hair is making great efforts to help and apologizing to the 13 customers standing here. We all heard her go to the back and yell “knock it off. We all have to work together”. Right back to the same ‘ol low grade.
Burger was slapped together all over but the fries were fresh.
Its was 31 minutes since walking in, ordered at 1202.
