I ordered thru door dash last evening $40.00 $50.70 with tip. I ordered 2 4pc 3 apple pies 2 mash potatoes and a red beans rice Dundalk Maryland Merritt Blvd. I received 2 4pc that included 2 thighs and no breast a leg and a wing. Mashed potatoes that barely had anything in the containers for $3.99. The redbeans and rice was horrible with hard rice!!! 1 apple pie and 2 strawberry pies !!! This is my last time going to Popeyes. It was a waste of money and the food was bad to mediocre at best.

It’s a jokes! Go to drive thru to pick up online order for two fish flounder burger then it looks like he don’t even see our order. Takes long time until we get the order. The worst thing is when it’s almost half burger I feel cold and chewy, when I see it. It’s still raw! And cold! Both flounder fish burger! Should train your employees!

This is my third time going to this place and every time it’s something wrong with audio microphone through the drive-thru they can never hear you and every time I order chicken tenders they give me tiny itty bitty pieces and they say that’s a whole piece. I asked him to swap it up for another piece and they said no they can’t and then when I asked for a manager they lie and say that they’re the manager. They don’t seem to care when you try to give feedback so I figured this review may help them to take people serious regarding feedback

Please, save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. I stopped going there a long time ago, fot several horrible service reasons and I only went this time because my 89 yr old mother asked me to. So I thought I would try again. I ordered a 2 piece breast and leg and my mother’s oder, the cashier rang me up, I paid, then she sayswe don’t have breasts, so I said ok, how long? She said none all day. I said then why did you let me order and pay for it? No answer. I said refund me for my order, I will go elsewhere. She said she couldn’t cause she already rang it up. I said where is the manager. She said I am the manager. What??? Other customers were in by now but I was not leaving without my money. It took a good 15 min to get it back. I tried to find a number for corporate but they put you through a chat and before you can talk to a human, they want your credit card # you have to pay to file a complaint. Goodluck with anyone who decides to go there. I absolutely WILL NOT go there again.

I ordered a sandwich combo and popcorn shrimp , the sandwich was fine but I had to tell the person 3 times behind the counter I wanted mashed potatoes and yet she still rang up my food as fries instead witch was frustrating when I said it three times but I was all right with it. The real problem was with the popcorn shrimp I I ordered 1/4 lb of popcorn shrimp for $7.39 what I got was literally six pieces of popcorn shrimp literally more than a dollar for each shrimp which is ridiculous and when I called the store to try to get it rectified no one picked up the phone, after no one picked up the second time I called there was not much I can do besides leave a bad review, that being stated I’ll probably not go to this Popeyes again, I can understand that there are mistakes but for half of my food to be messed up and then them not even answer the phone for my order to be rectified made what I thought was going to be a nice lunch into frankly a huge let down. a waste of my money and lots of frustration.

I’m sorry but I have to give up on this location. I love Popeyes food and haven’t really had any food related problems at this location but the people working the drive thru (While I’m sure they’re nice people) have such a language problem ordering is extremely difficult and things have to be repeated many times. This includes you understanding them and them understanding you. Even words that sound absolutely nothing alike they’ll mistake for something else. Maybe they have a bad headset or something even, I don’t know. I wish them the best but it’s too much of a struggle for me each time.

I haven’t dined at a Popeyes in some time, mainly due to convenience. The staff at this location filled my order quickly. The staff were friendly and courteous. The dining area was clean. I would recommend dining at this Popeyes location.

The absolute worst customer service! I was going to go inside but changed my mind as there were teens just hanging out in there. So drive thru, I ordered a 3pc tender combo with mashed potatoes and a regular sized red beans&rice. I then decided to get a 2 piece meal with the red beans&rice instead, making my order a 3pc tender combo with mashed potatoes and the 2 piece meal. The young lady tells me that I have to still buy the additional red beans&rice because they can’t take it off because I ordered it already, I hadn’t even paid yet so how is that possible?! I get my order and my drink is a small drink and I did not receive my mashed potatoes. There was no one but teens inside and no cars behind me.. I will never patronize this Popeyes ever again. Ridiculous.. The chicken was bottom of the barrel dry like it was sitting all day.

This place is horrible. If you only speak English, your order is not even going to be close to right. I haven’t been here in a while because of how bad the service was before, but I gave them another chance because they’re only 1 out of 3 places open on my way to work at night. I went there last night and tonight, 9-29-22. Both times, they got it completely wrong. Tonight, I talked to nearly every employee working before I could even get close to what I wanted, and most of what I tried to order was “sold out.” All I asked for was a #2-4 piece dark meat only didn’t matter if it was milder or spicy it just had to be dark meat. Everything else I tried to order ( red beans & rice, fries, biscuits, coke, Sprite, etc. was “sold out” and not what I got! Last night, half my order wasn’t even in the bag! Good luck trying to call and say something because it’s either busy or just rings and rings, no one answers! If anybody else knows how to get ahold of the owner or corporate, please let me know. I don’t want my money back, I don’t want my food replaced because I don’t trust it! But they need to know what their employees are doing. There still had 3 more hours before they closed.

I am sorry to give this review. On the date of 11/16/17, around 2:00 PM, the drive-through service was horrible. I tried to use a coupon. The young man asked for the code that I couldn’t see or locate because it was so small. That was not his fault. His accent was so thick I couldn’t understand him well. I drove around to explain to him that I didn’t see a code and showed him the coupon. He said there was no code on the coupon. Words were exchanged, nothing bad. I asked him for the coupon back because he didn’t know where the code was, either, but he kept asking me for the code he couldn’t see. I located the code and shared it with him. He then told me I had to drive back around to order my food again while I was at the drive-through window. I asked, ‘Why would you want me to drive around again when I gave you my order and the code? I asked for a manager, and he said he was the manager. I told him No, thank you. I will never spend my money there again. I know many people in the area, as well as local business owners. I will continue to tell my experience to others, and many have already told me they have stopped.
