We had lunch here today and the salads were very yummy.

We have eaten here many times. We stopped for dinner tonight and it was empty. We got a very friendly cashier who was so helpful. We ordered our food and waited to be called to pick it up. We got hot sandwiches and soup which were really good. The only reason for 4 stars is because dirty dishes were piling up at the drop off area.

Food and drinks are great. Sometimes it doesn’t seem too clean to sit and eat. Wish they get the fresh ground espresso machines available tor sip club members like in St. Louis and Tennessee.

Got the value duet tuna sandwhich and tomatoe soup.
What a deal! I got a good size turkey and cheddar sandwhich with cream of chicken and wild rice soup. A lot cheaper than the pick 2 and a really decent amount of food. Grill cheese is also tasty with tomato soup.All these duets only 6.99. They have a few options. I do miss the Mediterranean and teriyaki chicken bowls as well as the pizzas.

Not being familiar with the area after being gone for a very long time, and dealing with the navigation in the car, I finally found this place. However, it was worth it! We got the Asian Crunch and Chicken Fuji Apple Salads. They were delicious. Even at lunchtime, very fast service. Highly recommend both of these salads.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! It always takes them forever to take your order no matter what time or what day you go in there to start with. Came in there for lunch today and nobody else was in line at that time. There was a lady over by the coffee and first of all she came over and line jumped in front of us and told the lady about to take our order that they were out of coffee. You would think that she would’ve looked at the lady and said oh OK. Let me get these people‘s order and I will get someone to get some coffee out. NOPE, she came out from around the counter and grabbed the empty coffee urn and carried it to the back. She then stayed gone for quite some time and came out with a full coffee urn Pushing it on a cart, then went over to the coffee stand And started replacing the coffee while we were standing there. I sat and watched the manager and some of his coworkers laugh and kid around while we were still standing there. I don’t know why the lady taking orders had to stop to fill up coffee and beverages when other people were just walking around the restaurant?? Or I don’t understand why she didn’t at least call the manager over there who was doing nothing to help do that? We got so frustrated after waiting about 15 minutes for them to restock that we left. On the way out the door the manager finally walked over and said can I take your order? I said no, my husband is pissed after standing here waiting, and he shrugged his shoulders and said oh well ! He didn’t care either. The only person that cares about this stuff in the big picture is the one who owns that franchise who I hope is reading this!! Too many options in that area to eat at especially for overpriced soup and sandwiches!!

In a previous post I gave penarbred a 5 star. I will no longer give panera a 5 star nor will I ever again step into a Panera Bread here’s why. upon my last interaction with them my bill came out to 3.62. the girl asked for exact change or debit card. I asked why she said there’s a penny shortage (which there is not by the way) and if I didn’t have exact change or debit card my bill would be rounded up to the nearest nickel not my change rounded up to the nearest nickel they even had a sign on the counter asking for exact change or to utilize a debit card. Last year Panera Bread had 484 billion transactions which could translate anywhere from 5 – 20 million dollars in additional revenue with this premise so with that I put them on the no drink zone. On to Dunkin or better yet, a local coffee shop…support local.

We had lunch catered from Panera Bread today and I enjoyed it. The ingredients were fresh and the roast beef was unique in color and taste. Not what I was expecting from a roast beef sandwich, but pleasantly surprised. The avocado was a nice touch. The cookie was outstanding and stood out for me. It was baked to perfection, extremely soft and chewy without being undercooked. I would probably try a different sandwich next time, but I would go back just for the cookies!

2 years ago I gave this place a four star review and have decided to remove that from this location. At 9:50 AM they are out of almost every single caffeinated drink and every single item with sausage, this is a supply chain management issue that Panera needs to address- now. This is happening at several locations, but usually only occurs after 3 pm. It’s not even pass noon yet and they are already out of things.
