Worst experience ever with this location. Pizza was horrible, see photos. They sent me out a remake and it was the exact same. To their credit, they did say they would issue a refund, but had the audacity to tell me they wouldn’t do remakes for me in the future, like I’m over here just trying to get free pizza! I’ve never had this problem with this location before. I will think twice before ordering again. I typically get two pizzas every other week, that won’t be happening anymore.

We are frequent customers of the South Parker Domino’s. Normally ordering pizza about once a month. Tonight‘s order included a gluten-free pizza which are normally overcooked, but all four of our pizzas tonight were absolutely perfect. Thank you!

Also, I ordered new garlic bread bites but they sent me Parmesan Bites.
This is happened a few times, and I never satisfied with their delivery orders. I only liked few times when I picked up the order.
I dont recommend ordering food from this store for delivery.
Updated: Not sure but the I turned 1 star rating to 5 Star just because the store guy on Nov 25th 11PM MST welcomed me very well and I felt not all the guys in the store are bad. And also, I see they have 2Star overall rating. So, I’m trying to help them to give them an opportunity to grow, and doing this since Im living in this area

I have order from this dominos weekly for years now and for the past month it hadn’t been worth it ordering. Tonight my food was completely raw dough. Not cheese raw dough. I hate to complain but it sucks to repeatedly be spending money to have it wasted

I have had nothing but a pleasant experience with the staff and the food has always been good, however the timing for this location is off. I’ve had 2 out of 2 experiences where they missed the mark.
1. I ordered a day ahead for about 10 pizzas to be ready by 5pm. As I saw zero progress via text or the app I called about 15 minutes before 5, and they were just prepping. I arrived at 5:05 and waited until almost 5:20 to get them.
2. Ordered for delivery at 4:55. Estimate was 5:25. At 5:30 with no update, I called. They said 45 minutes plus for delivery. I said I’d pickup instead. They said the pizza was going into the oven. I live about 10 minutes away. I arrived 11 minutes later, somehow still in the oven. I got my pizza at 5:50pm.
Positive was they did correct the price for pickup and again very good customer service.

Ordered a pizza online and selected the ” leave at door option ” as we were busy doing work in the basement. The online tracker said it was delivered and went to go retrieve. Walked the whole house and it was not there. We called the manager and he said they were unable to leave at the door as per their policy, so they sent the driver back and I waited by the door for pick up. The delivery driver was rude and didn’t say a word and this is how the pizza was when we opened the box, as well as cold.

I’ve had nothing but fast, easy and super convenient experiences with this Domino’s location. Ordering online has always been incredibly easy and they always have some great specials to take advantage of. Personally I always go and pick up the pizzas so I don’t have any experience with the delivery service, but my experience inside the store has always been friendly and professional. I acknowledge that this is not the most top-tier pizza in town, but when I need multiple pizzas for a group of friends, kids or workers at my home, this is my go to place.
