I was having the most horrendous day but the moment I stepped into this Starbucks, an employee named Milo greeted me and catered to me with such kindness that all my stresses were swepted away!

I ordered my usual sweet vanilla cold brew and Milo’s swiftness ensured that I got my order soon. She even went out of her way to bring the items I ordered to my table which exemplified an attentiveness and compassion that every Starbucks should contain.

Would totally go again thanks to that inviting exchange!

My experience at this starbucks has always been amazing; the service from staff members is exceptional—all are comfortably conversational and very friendly. Marcello is extremely nice and very hardworking. They both recommend and craft the best drinks. My favorite study spot always.

Please be more careful when making drinks. I asked for a decaf iced mocha because I get really bad jitters and anxiety when I drink caffeine. I avoid it entirely but I still like the taste of coffee and coming here to study. Today they gave me regular espresso. I can tell because of how I’m feeling at the moment (not good). Sometimes there’s a reason behind people asking for decaf, please be more careful and make it correctly so you don’t ruin someone’s whole day.

The girl who was handling the orders didn’t even say my name correctly. She was distracted on her phone, and my drink got cold because I was never notified that it was ready, since she called out a different name. When I told her she had made a mistake with the name, she didn’t even apologize and continued looking at her phone.

This is a great location. They were friendly and quick to provide the orders. The coffee was just as ordered. This particular location is nice ambiance inside they have a nice tin ceiling and darker colors. It’s really nice location. It was a quick stop and enjoyed the food.
