The service was unfortunately gross, the lady that took our order had no respect and a nasty attitude. The food was hot and delicious but it was a long wait for how little customers there were. It was so dirty, every table had stuff on it trash all over the floors and counters, it seemed talking and cutting up was more important than the cleanliness of the store.

Always AMAZING everytime me and my wife visit here. We always get the chicken tender basket! The gravy and bread is one of my favorite things about the meal! Also their ranch is so amazing and if I’m not mistaken made in house! Really good food and staff is always friendly when we visit. Oh and their sides are amazing too! The cheese curds are a MUST TRY!

One of the few place that have still got great customer service and intelligent people working there. I had an online order 7:49pm due to traffic I got there at 8:20. The staff was smart enough to have my food come out of freshly made food and not just sitting on a counter gettin warm. The staff seemed young but don’t let that fool you these ladies and gentlemen are great at what they do. Thank you. I was the tall guy with the coat that walked in the night of 2/18/25 y’all made my night. I’m sitting in the parking lot enjoying my meal writing this. (Picture doesn’t do the food justice my old camera doesn’t show how hot and fresh my food really is)

We went here on a Sunday afternoon, around 3pm, while the inside was crowded, there wasn’t anyone in line. We ordered, two meals, it took over 10 minutes to get. After the meal we went back and ordered two blizzards (which they didn’t even flip upside down, guess they don’t do that anymore?), also took another 10 minutes. For a place that had 9 employees behind the counter, you would have thought the service would have been better. But not a single friendly greeting on any of their face, and some of them seemed to be confused as to who was doing what, they definitely weren’t working well as a team. The food was decent, the blizzards were better. The restaurant was also dirty, tables and booths sticky.
We don’t have one of these in our area so we drove 40 minutes here for nothing but disappointment. Unfortunately, we won’t be back to this location for awhile.

Great idea to offer a combo meal with a wonderful ice cream sundae. Love having a delicious hot fudge sundae after a cheeseburger and fries.

We recieved excellent and prompt service. The food was excellent and the best cheeseburger I think I’ve ever eaten in my entire 60 years! We love this spot and stop when we can . I highly recommend this restaurant for lunch or dinner or just a quick snack.

I will not be going back!!! I waited 30 mins in drive through the wait was so long my dog was whining NOT TO MENTION that when we finally got to the window I was severed cold food.. I gave it back to the girl at the window she asked me to pull up and I refused to do that heck I have already waited 30 mins it was 7:43 when I ordered my food didn’t reach the window until 8:09 PM recieved my food at 8:14pm WORST EXPERIENCE EVER for food.. because when she did give my food back there was no difference I HAD TO COME HOME AND MICROWAVE FOOD I JUST PAID DOR FOR TO HAVE COOKED. I could not eat the chicken sandwich for it doesn’t look like real chicken

The cashier that took my card was really nice to me after I tried to pass her window lol. I didn’t see her. Good food
