At the national Harbor, my children and I came in today being the kids as they are wanting everything and anything colorful and sweet. He made the process so simple. Jaylen(female) is awesome! We are not frequenters of B & J’s but the minute we walked in we were greeted with a smile and a cheerful hello! She gave us a quick education on the flavors and to make sure we would be satisfied, a sample spoon of the flavor we might like. I appreciate her taking the time and I didn’t feel rushed( and it was quite busy). Jaylen is a star and would be the reason for my return business and referrals to friends… She deserves a raise and a promotion. She is a leader!

I found this ice cream shop to be overpriced. Sure the ice cream was enjoyable but the reason I gave it 5 stars was because of the service. My husband and I went there in the evening last night after dinner. 11/6/25. We walked in and it smelled clean and it was immaculate. The beverage refrigerator well stocked, the display cases stocked in an almost artistic way. The shop was beautiful and CLEAN. Then when we had our orders taken, the gentleman was really kind. He was very professional calling us “sir” and “ma’am”. His personality was warm and he took care of his shop well. If he was the owner, you can tell he loves his shop. If he was an employee, he took great ownership over the shop and he seems to take great pride in being excellent. I don’t know how else to describe my experience very well other than to just say I was so impressed by this Ben and Jerry’s location. It was a very nice way to end our evening. The experience made the cost worth it to us.
