Convenient location. You do have to order off of the tablet in the front of house. The little ordering thing makes it a tad bit hard to modify the food you’re ordering.

The area coach needs to get on this Sunday lunch crews as there is no sense of urgency. After Waiting over 30 min for my food, I go to the counter to check on it and see that it has not even started. Counter side was filling nacho cheese cups. Then when I do finally get my food I find it to be a hot mess. The tray has food on it from other orders The counter food prep side was hardly moving to make orders. Then when they would I’m sure it was in violation unless the food prep ways have changed that much. Nacho cheese pump was missing and a ladle was being used with the nacho cheese wide open. Mexican pizza shells sitting on the counter for 10 min not in the proper spot. Food is definitely not at the proper temp as when I received it, it was already at room temp. Dining room was a freaking mess. Dirty tables everywhere. Sweet tea dispenser is SPRAYING tea. I have pictures to prove this poor excuse of service here. Asking the team members for the Area Coaches name, I am told they do not know the name and instead give me Brittany’s name. Calling corporate does not help as it is a Sunday, but don’t worry they will be called.

Wow Taco bell is always my favorite and I really liked this one. You will find it cheap and they are really clean then other taco bells.

I got 7 orders n they were all wrong, hit up any other tbell on the face of the earth N I promise u they’ll get u more right than this joint. Bathrooms need a code for why. My gato was pretty flame but other than that, not a fan.

I picked up my order on 4/30/25 around 9 PM, and the experience was very disappointing. When I asked for my order, the employee seemed completely unaware of what I was talking about. I told her what my order was and she acted visibly annoyed.
I ordered a Nachos BellGrande, but it barely had any toppings. I also ordered Cinnamon Delights, and they were cold with an excessive amount of cinnamon dumped in the bag.
I understand this may happen when it’s busy, but the place was empty. This just felt like pure laziness and a lack of care.

This place was rude about giving me the bathroom code. They use the bathroom code for a bathroom that was in use. So I had to ask for them to unlock it again bc I guess I can’t unlock a bathroom?? Then there was no paper towels or toilet paper. So I had to track down staff. I literally smell like my own urine now bc they took so long. They wouldn’t give me napkins to just get the job done. There were no napkins out. This was a demeaning experience. Definitely won’t go back here. I was mid order, but I closed it bc of how bad of an experience it was.
