Service and food were fine. No problems. The place was slow but dirty. Floors were messy, but we did find a clean table. Worse was the music. There were two families with 5 to 8yr olds that were made to listen to Eminem, Public Enemy, and more artists like them that were streaming unedited on Pandora over the speakers throughout the lobby. We felt uncomfortable for the kids. This went on for the whole time we were there. Our visit was on 6/14/25 @ 943pm.

Never got food. Waited 10 min in drive thru and then went inside and been waiting for 30 min. Multiple employees have seen mw waiting up front by the desk and no one bats an eye. I am so hungry right now, my tummy growl. I paid online, I want food. Takeaway, service is very terrible, employees are rude, dont care, and just ignore you. They dont care about you and your experience

The place is always filthy. The workers are always playing around. The people handling the food are never wearing gloves. The music is too loud and inappropriate because none of the explicit language is censored. Managers are always in their cars smoking cigarettes.

Most discusting place I’ve been to. All the tables where dirty there was hasbrowns on the floor from the morning there was fries on the ground and I think even mold. Keep in mind we went at 1:00pm which means they didn’t clean since the morning. I was waiting for thirty minutes for my food and nothing so I ended getting a refund and the lady messed up and didn’t want to refund me all my money the Kitchen was DISCUSTING lady with the green shirt and silver hair went to the corner touched a Sandwitch with her bare hands. It was so discusting. There was food on the tables from previous guests. Please don’t stop here.

Only thing worse than the food was the service. Waited in the drive through for 25 minutes, gave our food to the car next to us, who we watched pull the food out and inspect. They brought it back in and the staff attempted to pass it off to us. Crappy situation met with crappier customer service. Go to Taco John’s.

Waited for 45 mins for a few burgers and some fries. None of our food was correct, and while waiting for a food for so long, see a half smoked cigarette sitting back in the kitchen on the counter near where our food was being made just topped it off. One younger lady was really nice and had good customer service the rest were pretty questionable. I usually try to cut most people some slack and chalk it up as they are having a bad day but the cigarette was too far. Do better.

It has been 6 months or more since I have gotten a decent order of fries here. They have been gummy & chewy. Maybe they need a new frier and heat lamp?
