My friend and I had lunch at Aji Ceviche bar and we were pleasantly surprised. I like Peruvian cuisine and tried many different places. This restaurant offers really authentic Peruvian dishes from ceviche to stews and soups. We had Sudado de pescado and seafood aguadito. Both of them were very delicious and the portion was generous. The staff was also friendly answering all our questions patiently. The place was well visited despite being the weekday lunch hours in a quiet area. I can’t wait to go back and try other dishes.

Best Peruvian food I have ever tried in FL. So Fresh and delicious, have been at the restaurant multiple times and tried different dishes, everything it’s just perfect. PSL definitely needs more restaurants like this in the area.

I was disappointed with my visit because the dishes didn’t taste as good as expected. My Lomo Saltado was cold, including the fries, and the meat was overly salty, I’ve tried this dish at other places and it’s much better. The other plates at our table also came out cold, though the Pescado a lo Macho tasted good. The herb lemonade and mango juice were refreshing, and the servers were kind and attentive, but overall the food quality and temperature need improvement.

I’ve heard really good things about Aji and today I decided to check it out myself. I must say it did not disappoint. Suna took great care of my friend and I. The food was amazing and the drinks were good as well. They had very chill family friendly music and everyone we encountered on the staff was super nice. Aji gets a 10/10 from me. I visited Aji Ceviche with my family, and it was a great experience. We were serviced by Lulu, who apart from being a great server, had the best conversation with us. The food is delicious! If you have not tried Peruvian food, you are missing out. My parents ordered Jalea and Skirt steak. My sister had a Lomo Saltado, and I had Pulpo al Olivo as an appetizer and Rocotto Ceviche. We accompanied the food with chicha morada, passion fruit juice, Inca cola and pisco sour. I recommend all the platters mentioned here, and more. For dessert we had leche asada. I will return to this place anytime I can. If you have not tried Peruvian cuisine, and you’re a foodie like me… I urge you, go try it. You’ll be delighted.

We went to another Peruvian restaurant first but it was closed, but thank God we found this gem! First when entering, you see distinct Peruvian wall art which was vibrant and colorful, along with cute ‘Toritos de Pucará’ throughout place which I love to see! We were greeted by Dani who was very friendly and inviting . Now to the food….it was soooo good! We ordered a classic fish ceviche . It was tasty and had all the ingredients you would want in a fish ceviche, however the only mini complaint would be the portion size of sweet potato, but I got over that quick when the anticuchos came out sizzling on a cast iron skillet! The smell alone let me know they seasoned it with aji panca (as it should be) and the flavor was delicious and meat so tender! Next, we got our main food, lomo saltado and seco de res . The lomo meat was tender and seasoned well, not too salty like some places like to drench with soy sauce ….I appreciated the portion size of rice to fries to meat & onion/tomato. The seco was great as well, however my man wanted yuca instead of rice which they were great for accommodating. For my drink, I ordered a chicha morada which was a little too sweet for me, but a cup of ice did the trick. Overall, the decor, food and service was excellent! If you want real Peruvian food, come here!
