We went about 2:30 today, Aug. 22, and it wasn’t busy. I’d say it was mildly steady. Im sure it was after the lunch rush. Either way, my food was great! Did not taste like it sat under a hot lamp since lunch! And the mozzarella sticks?! What?? No! Those were mozzarella hot pockets! It was full of warm, melty, stringy cheese! So delicious!

Went in with my family yesterday and the waitress Melanie was super sweet and so attentive. She always had a smile and refilled our drinks without having to even ask. Will definitely be back to see her.

You could not tell by the supreme service and quickness of the food. Ask for Mindy if you want great service. It was my first time at that location and that waitress was great. I’m sure the others were just as good.

I ordered food off door dash. The driver stated he would be there at 11:15pm. I called to ask if I could just pick it up as we are 10:55pm. The manager Jasmine stated that she would not be able to open the door as it is a “safety risk”. I asked if it was possible to allow it this one time to avoid our order being cancelled and food going to waste and she said no. While I understand rules are rules, I feel like this was dumb on her end. $100+ order being cancelled, food going to waste. Especially because the order was placed at 9:45 pm. Do what you will with this info.

Well last time we ate here it was excellent, today horrible rice was not cooked it was hard! Meat was hard not tender. Bathroom God Almighty it stunk what food I ate I could have thrown up. My waitress was really nice only good thing. Oh biggest thing ordered cheese cake my dish my cheesecake came in was dirty all the way around as u can see tried eating it but I couldn’t, after spending 60$ just terrible. And yes food was cold meat that should have been hot was cold.

Great food and great service! My kid is a REALLY picky eater and he couldn’t stop talking about how great his food was. Now ever time he sees a Chili’s sign, he asked if we can go in, lol!

Service was great except when I asked for a condiment for my burger. It took 15 min to get a lemonade and some mayo so I ate my burger cold. Other than that, the server was very nice and got the order correct.

4th VISIT UPDATE – ordered coffee & ice water to drink with meal. waited several minutes for coffee so asked waitress. she was surprised hadn’t received. when she came back she said they did not have any. asked her if just not made or none in building? she said she would check w/ her Mgr. HE sent HER back to say none in bldg & wasn’t sure they were going to carry & take off menu. COFFEE? a restaurant that has NO COFFEE? I checked internet & Chili’s has upcoming promotions including COFFEE. hmm, 1) the Mgr should have come to our table & apologize for being out of listed menu item, not expect the server to relay confusing info re: every restaurant staple. lazy & irresponsible. 2) bad mngmnt in not keeping stock (Wal-Mart just around corner or stripes) &/or menu updated. 3) really poor mngmnt not keeping apprised of upcoming promotions. 5☆server, 5☆food, -0☆mngmnt.
