If I could give it zero stars, I would I normally come here late at night. I’m extremely disappointed. I don’t know who’s working in the kitchen tonight, but they shouldn’t be. I got my son some fiesta potatoes that were absolutely dark and crusty and hard. I ordered him a five layer beefy burrito in his cravings box. The tortilla itself was hard and crusty. I got a dragon fruit Freezy drink, and they didn’t even fill it all the way I am very dissatisfied with the service and I won’t be coming here anymore. We basically threw $20 down the drain

My experience wasn’t too great. It could’ve been better. It was my first time door dashing and I was simply following the instructions in the app but apparently Taco Bell has a conflicting criteria than that of Doordash. Instead of just simply explaining to me the way they do things at their store for future reference they made my experience super difficult. I waited in an extremely long drive thru line all to have the drive thru window shut in my face and they refused to give me my doordash order through the window. You would think that after I explained that it was my first time door dashing and I was just following the instructions in the app, and how long I waited they would just tell me “well next time just come inside because we hand out door dash orders in the lobby, but since you waited in the line so long here you go.” There was staff members laughing at me and they talked to me very rudely.

At least twice a week i eat here as its the only place around open late. By far the best taco bell I have ever had the pleasure of visiting. Consistently busy yet consistently quick, they never mess up my order, and they always come through on extra sauce. God bless these late night heroes. Whoever is running the show over here needs a promotion.

I HATE THE AI DRIVE-THRU. Consistent mistakes.
Twice now we’ve gone here for quick late dinner & twice it didn’t understand. The 2nd time: my mother repeated “Mt.Dew” 3+ times before it moved on & She got Strawberry Fanta. She’s allergic to Strawberry!! Normally we’d go back to fix it but the woman BARELY understood English & clearly hated that she was talking to us.
If you want real service, come before 9pm. Late night workers & AI don’t care.

I am not sure why but every time I order my food here and come and pick it up my food is hidden behind the counter usually underneath a metal counter a table and whether I speak Spanish or English I cannot get help. So when I order online and come to pick up my mobile order how do I receive my food because it is never placed in the pickup section I always have to get someone’s attention usually 5 minutes later and using a translator even though I speak Spanish it just takes so much effort to get my single freaking taco.

Food was OK, it’s a fast food spot, but food was hot and enjoyable. There is an outdoor seating area, but only one table which is strange since it looks like there is room for at least three tables. Table was very dirty don’t think it gets cleaned much outside. Steak Chalupa, spicy potato and chili cheese burritos are my fave.

I asked for the cheese fiesta potatoes with no ranch and extra nacho cheese they charged for the nacho cheese and like they gave me ranch and no extra cheese and like I literally asked for a human so they could do it right and then they didn’t and I was really upset because like they were closed by the time I got home and like dude it’s just no ranch and extra cheese I hate ranch this is so upsetting cause I’m allergic to ranch so now I can’t even eat my potatoes and everything is closed so there’s just no potatoes today I guess like Taco Bell what the heck first my fries disappear this week and now they try to kill me with ranch and I couldn’t even get my seventy cents of extra cheese what the heckkkkkkkkkkk never go here it sucks here couldn’t even wipe it off what the heckkkkk
