Food is hot and new! The Drive thru speaker was hard to hear because of low volume. Good thing Abby was kind and patient enough to assist me. I ordered 7 meal deal that includes burger/chicken strips, fries, drink, and sundae (add 2usd for blizzard)

Tried ordering on the App a chocolate soft serve dipped in cherry cone but the app said the store was closed at 830. Went through drive through and they are open. Tried ordering same thing and they say they cant make it because of cross contamination even though the app let’s me do it. Get a blizzard and try to pay and now they dont take Discover or Capital One. Nobody can explain either situation. A bunch of kids running the place with no adult supervision.

We had not had Dairy Queen in over 5 years. This location really impressed us, so much we are considering to stop by at DQ occasionally. The first time we attempted to stop there, it was approximately 830 and there is a Line formed to the road therefore we skipped them for dinner. When we decided to try it again, it was a Saturday at approximately 7:30 PM and we arrived. The line was at the end of the road and we waited approximately 25 minutes in line before we ordered it and we were out of there after 30 minutes. We checked our bags to share order accuracy which two are surprise we had everything which is great. We upgraded our meals to a blizzard where are they properly flipped them upside down to my surprise they were not melted. They are actually really great. The flaming burger was outstanding it tasted like I always remember it year after a football game in high school the fries were hot, fresh and crunchy. Just like I like them. We also ordered the six piece chicken basket where half of the chicken was dry which would be our only complaint. Hence, the reason for an overall rating of four stars, the weight is absolutely worth it. I saw people go in and out as well and everyone looked happy! I highly recommend this location!

Ordered 4 cheeseburgers all “toasted well” this is what I got, “untoasted”. Usually I order no mustard and they usually put only mustard, this time they got the no mustard part correct, they just didn’t toast the buns let alone the “toasted well” which I had specifically asked for. I left a message too as they were not answering the phone at 7:19pm on 08/09. Always disappointing. They always mess up every time I go there. This time I thought I’d leave a review. Thank you

I usually love Dairy Queen, but this location has been incredibly frustrating. I’ve tried three times to get the “2 for $6 cupcakes,” and each time there’s been an excuse: first, they were “out of stock,” then I was told they wouldn’t be ready until 4:30 PM even though I saw them being made, and most recently, I ordered at 5 PM and was again told they were out of stock. If cupcakes are being made at 4:30, they should absolutely be available by 5. This repeated inconsistency is disappointing and shows a complete lack of reliability, making it impossible to trust this location for advertised items.

Google says the drive through closes at 10 PM. Pulled up to the drive through lane at 9:22 PM and there were cones out. Tried to call the restaurant and no one answered the phone.So much for getting a sweet treat. Just ended up wasting gas

Madelayne at the front idk if she’s new but she had no customer service manners at all, I asked for a part of my order to be remade and she tried to cover it up as she made a new one for me. Also their parking lot had a funky smell to it as well!

Went at 3:15 PM to get a Chicken Strip Sandwhich and a Chile Cheese dog didn’t receive my order until 3:45 PM only ordered two items and it took maybe 20 – 30 mins. Of waiting before I got my order, or and get this i get home and it’s wrong, I get a cheeseburger and a Chile dog with the Chile on the hotdogs being completely burnt/ unsavory. Thanks for charging me $13.00’s and still getting my Order wrong. I also took a photo because I was not given a receipt.
