Just visited McDonald’s on 330 W 29 St.
May I begin with the tall Spanish dark-skinned manager whose attitude needs adjustment. We don’t speak Spanish, and even though we live in Hialeah, it doesn’t necessarily mean we speak Spanish. His lack of professionalism as a manager, poor customer service, lack of education, and lack of friendliness leave a lot to be desired.
Then there was a drive-thru, Spanish-speaking ONLY person—obnoxious, loud, and rude—who, from the first words when arriving at the drive-thru, wanted us to place our order in Spanish, refusing to speak or at least attempt to speak any English as if she’s in her country. When she realized we spoke no Spanish and obviously she couldn’t communicate, since she spoke no English, the unhappy manager took over. You could pick up on his frustration and unwillingness to be there working as he took our order.
Looking at the pictures attached, the fries must have been sitting there for a while—over-fried, dry, hard, stale fries—and the ranch snack wrap… the ranch and the appeal, this is what our food looked like. We ended up going to Wendy’s where the customer service and fresh food were worth the drive and price.
If we could say this was a first, it would be okay. However, this McDonald’s lacks customer service, education, professionalism, friendliness, and employees who can speak English AND follow directions on what exactly customers are buying.
Improvement is desperately needed at this location.

Worst experience I had ever coming here . My family and I go here often and it’s always the same thing . We don’t speak any Spanish and they always give us a nasty attitude.
They have a manger (dark skin gentleman) that works at night with a dark blue shirt who is rude . Slammed the siding driver thru window on us when we tried to understand what he was saying. Got every nasty with us . Like I said because we don’t understand Spanish. Didn’t bother giving us a name since I guess he knows we would leave review . We Oder a cheese burger no ketchup and they add the ketchup we asked for mustard on it and we didn’t get it on it . To be honest it doesn’t bother us how the food comes since they always get it wrong here . But what bothered us is they always have a nasty attitude when you ask them if they can speak English since again we don’t understand Spanish… i understand we are in Hialeah that there more Spanish speakers but again there more people who don’t understand Spanish. This is probably the second time we have wrote to the company about how they treat us and the fact they don’t speak any English is very frustrating. Please change this or at lest have someone who can understand English

It really is hit or miss with them. You order and pray they do justice to your food. Restaurant claims to be 24H but going at late hours or really early in the morning is a big no, they always have an issue.

The level of service and attention I got was amazing today. Yureidys Hernandez went above and beyond, who is the most pleasant person we’ve ever been served by. She has amazing customer service and communication skills, therefore making this McDonald’s a go to. This is how she interacts with everyone, and everyone in the morning asks for her. Kudos to her and I hope corporate recognizes her at some point, it is much deserved.

I ordered my food through the app and when I got there I received the wrong order. After waiting 15 minutes they came out with my order missing an item. The girl did not wait for me to check out my order so I had to go inside and get my missing nuggets. When I get home and my mother in law opens her Big Mac we got this. And they want 15 dollars an hour. This McDonalds never gets it right. Never.

A year ago, I gave 5 starts to this restaurant, but today I gave only one, and if I could give a 0 start, I would do it.
I made an order by the app to pick it up in the curbside because I have 3 children in my car, and I won’t go inside the restaurant. I spent literally 50 min waiting for the order until my oldest son had to go inside to pick up the order. It is not the first time that this occurs us. The lady on the counter said to him that we have to enter if the waiting time exceeds the 10 min……. What??? Must I suppose this?…. Where does it say that in the app??? I don’t know if there is a new administration there, but they are going to be the worst McDonald’s restaurant in Hialeah on their customer services. If they don’t have enough employees to assist with the curbside service, they have to remove this service from their app.

Worst McDonald in all Miami-Dade. I was a customer for 12 year but now the new manager “Gabriela”(entitled thinks she’s the owner) treats all customers bad, abusing them verbally because she can’t handle rush hours. She threaten customers with no taking their orders just because they came inside the restaurant during working hours. I have a video of this incident. I have never fell so bad in my life in a restaurant. I want an answer.

This was a very nice location. It was fast efficient and clean. They could turn the lights on it was awfully dark in the lobby which is the only thing I noticed.

Monday, june 23 8:25 pm I went through the drive thru and asked for a chocolate chip frappe the lady, gave me a mocha and in a proper manner i went back to correct the order and the lady mocked me that I was a liar then i asked for the manager and she said it was her, I offer to pay again to not make it a bod deal and she insisted in laughing in my face, terrible service I do not recommend going there. She also didnt have her badge with her name.
