I doordashed from here and it’s not the items I ordered. I ordered 2 items with sauces and I ended up with way different items, even my receipt shows the items that I ordered yet the items in the bag are completely different. I never wanted any of these items and I don’t want to eat them now either because I don’t even know what they are. I know this isn’t the doordasher’s fault but the workers. This is ridiculous. Also the cheesy gordita crunch is just a soggy greasy chulupa..? They didn’t even get the other person’s order correct either. ♂️

How yall gonna charge me this much on these steak nachos fries and give me 8 fries on the plate and the whole bottom isnt even covered? This is the second time, do I have to buy two to get one full serving? Never had this issue at other taco bells 🙁

I don’t normally review fast food places, but I had to here. If you’re reading this, just stop and go to another Taco Bell or eat somewhere else. I have came to this Taco Bell different times of the day thinking it just wasn’t the right time to go. Well I’ve been mistaken. I have been there here at lunch hour on the weekends and even dinner time. The service is always the same. There is always a super long wait. You can see by the pictures I posted that I received my food all smashed up. You can tell they really don’t care at all here. While I was waiting, a woman went to the counter to order and the manager/supervisor in charge told her that he was busy and she had to order on the kiosk. The woman said she would wait until he wasn’t busy. 15 minutes pass by and nothing. My food came all crunched up. It looks like punched it. I don’t think I’ll ever go back to the Taco Bell again.

This place is probably the most disgusting and rude place I’ve ever seen. I could not believe what happened, when I received my food the crunch wrap supreme I ordered had very small traces of meat and wasn’t even grilled right after refusing to put a reasonable amount of meat in my crunchwrap unless I payed for it . And as I’m standing there a man walks in after having been very disrespected by the drive thru attendant walks in to pick up a door dash and asks why the girl working drive thru had talked to him in such a way and leaves without even an apology and then while my girlfriend ate her food as I had lost my appetite when I heard one of the workers saying something very loud to the other worker about having just started her period and it made me sick with my already sub par crunchwrap failure ….all and all if there were a way to give a negative number of stars I would give them -5 1/2 easy epic fail at service and food all around

They didn’t have any toilet paper in the bathroom so i hadda let it crust in the lobby. They forgot my order for a bit but then they gave me my food after like 15 mins and even gave me 2 free tacos :D. Super chill Place ima come back soon . Ts was bomb

This place had the filthiest parking lot I’ve seen in a long time… the bathroom looked like the trash can had exploded…. but the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Tacos are tacos.

Workers were rude, made us walk inside to get our own food when we went through the drive thru. Food was poorly made, quesadillas had very little cheese and protein, tacos had very little portions, and our orders were not correct. These are the same people asking to raise minimum wage when they can’t do the simplest thing.
