Food is always super fast and tasty! Place gets a bit busy, but no worries! Great atmosphere. Plentiful options, and clean restaurant. Overall great place. I recommend the AK-47 sushi roll, and the vegetable tempura appetizer!

Ordered the golden fantasy roll that has sweet mago on top, along with the Hawaii roll that is topped with kiwi. Both rolls are sweet and savory! I highly recommend it!
We also ordered the combination Japanese fried rice, which comes with chicken, steak, shrimp, and vegetables. I also highly recommend it!

Nice comfortable place to enjoy sushi. Service was excellent. Started with a seaweed salad and they also brought out pickled cucumbers with seaweed in addition to the salad. We then got two rolls that were delightful. Tried the layered cake mocha which was also delicious. Enjoined dinning here.

Restaurant was packed Saturday evening but I understand why because the food is great. This location is much smaller than the others so it always packed. We started off with the dumplings and bbq squid and I always order the dancing chicken roll with a garden roll. Mine was delicious as always. My boyfriend ordered the chicken & shrimp hibachi. He did find a hair in his food which was unfortunate but we don’t hold it against them Hibachi comes with miso soup and salad. I would recommend going to any Volcano location!

This is the restaurant where I tried sushi for the first time. This is now my go-to sushi restaurant in the south metro. They have a huge selection. Every roll has pictures on the menu. The lunch box is a great value. Go check it out! You won’t be disappointed.

I haven’t eaten sashimi in 14 years and was already hesitant being Oklahoma. Unfortunately, this experience confirmed my concerns.
First red flag: when I asked host
where fish was sourced he could not tell
Me I ignored my instincts ordered nigiri, the staff member looked genuinely confused. Second red flag. . Any restaurant serving raw fish should be able to immediately identify their supplier or at least explain their handling process.
What I received was two pieces of salmon placed on hot rice. That is not just incorrect preparation, Raw fish should never be placed on hot surfaces. The heat immediately degrades texture and quality and pushes the fish into unsafe temperature ranges.
The salmon itself looked visually acceptable at first, but by the time it reached me it had already started breaking down due to the heat exposure. The result was unpleasant and unacceptable.
This shows a lack of basic sushi handling standards and training. Because of that, I cannot recommend this restaurant and will not be returning.
I’m offended and upset by the exp. Don’t do it it if this is the best Oklahoma has

Do NOT get the hibachi ! It was drowned in teriyaki sauce and not seasoned with anything else. Atmosphere was cozy. The appetizers (Goyza and crispy crab fingers) were delicious though. Maybe the sushi is good.
