First time coming inside here in a long time! I was pleasantly surprised to see how clean and nice it was inside. There were 10 people working hard and they all said “welcome in” when I came inside.
Got the family meal for 5 and is delicious and plentiful!

Just DoorDashed from them. I paid for a bigger plate and received what ever meat they had left and didn’t even give me the right proportionate size. Quality of the food was terrible. Noodles taste like they had just been sitting. Too expensive to be messin up peoples order.

Overall bad experiences. The portions are the only saving grace. They’re 0 for 5 when it came to having food ready. This typically comes with a 15-20 min wait. Feel prepared to wait even longer when you finally do see fresh food. They prioritize drive thru and uber eats while avoiding eye contact The vibe is very cold with others typically waiting alongside you. It almost feels like a Wawa. This time I was verbally combatted for saying I had a preference for less cabbage in my chow mein. A worker assured me it’s good when I’ve literally been here 30+ times and I know what I like by now. They told me to try it and served me the bottom of the previous featured bowl. I literally had to tell the worker to redish it. By now, I’m sadly used to waiting 20 min for freshness, but in these events, I feel those people who are physically waiting should be the ones given what they’re waiting for- not the online orders.

Again, portions are fair. Just OFTEN lacking fresh options with bad service times.

Store manager probably need to update your manual prices, because the price you had online with your website is like 7 years ago . Not the true current price.

I ordered online as I naturally assume it’s easier and faster to collect my supposed fast food. Let me tell you. I understand an hour before close is late , I’m not unrealistic. However I ordered online 10 minutes before I arrived. Waited another 16 minutes after my food was supposed to be ready per the drive through associate. Now again I understand staffing issues and or food made to order. But to watch 5 associates talk to each other and stand around while I wait for my food for almost half an hour is frustrating. What was the point of ordering fast food at all? Don’t come here unless it’s peak business hours. They may as well close at 8 instead of wasting payroll on associates who simply forget about an order. Super disappointed.

First time I went the food tasted good. Second time, it had a strange aftertaste that ruined the experience. Not sure if old or sanitizing chemical that didn’t get washed off. Friends agreed. Yuck!

I have to give a huge shout out to ANDREY, who made me feel welcomed when I walked in, served me fresh food, recommended a healthier option for me to eat, and let me sample the new lemonade before I bought it. Waited forever to actually place my order in the drive through. Food was out quickly however when I got home food was missing. I called but apparently it wasn’t on my receipt. But, now I’m out food I really wanted. Not happy with your experience and it was not busy at all when I went.

This establishment will not last long. Absolute disaster. Customer service non-existent. All employees are rude. At least 7 employees working and it took 15 minutes to get my food with only one other customer in line. Employees trying to hand-off tasks to each other and no one knows what’s going on. Absolute train wreck. I had one of the employees identify the manger to me. She was back partially working but also just having a great time chatting with her fellow employees while her store was literally falling apart – almost every table in FOH was dirty. No paper towels in the men’s room. Also dirty in the restroom. I tried to talk to the manager about all of the above and she started arguing with me immediately. I just tried to call and reach the general manager and the employee who answered the phone did not know who the general manger was. On top of everything else, the food I ate made me sick. I will never go back as long as I live and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND you do the same.

They had most of everything hot and ready, the staff was complementary and the store was clean. We usually get the honey shrimp and this time had another choice of firecracker shrimp also. I thought they were both good and even better combined with the rice. I good experience in a hurry with a musical down the road to catch….
