Tried Culver’s for first time today. Great Place! The spicy chicken sandwich was on point! The fries were soggy, could be more crispier. The ice cream was great (I got their flavor of the week) Overall, a clean place that offers tasty options, will go there again

I stopped at Culver’s for a quick bite to eat. Since I don’t drive, I usually go with someone else. Today I walked there. The place is well kept, organized and spacious. You place your order, they give you a “banner”, you sit down and they bring you your food. Interesting!!!

Solid service, clean restaurant, clean bathrooms, and classic and delicious Culver’s food. Was happy with the whole experience! I got my burger in a bed of lettuce instead of a bun/no cheese and had no dietary issues.

I’ve never seen so much apathy for a job than I saw this visit. While walking in a female employee walks behind me, I hold the door for her and not a word of gratitude. After leaving the restroom I walk to the counter to place a order. The CSR just stares at me, no hello, no welcome, may I take your order? Nothing!!! I speak up and place a order. A young very pleasant gentleman comes out from behind the counter with my order and a genuine thank you. Good CSR’s are rapidly fading away.

I do not recommend this place, who knew when I stated everything on my burger except onions meant it would come with such a surprise; a used, folded up, bandaid with blood spots on it. I called the restaurant and requested to speak with a manager and first got an employee impersonating to be the manager, which later did connect me with a manager. I was offered a meal replacement which of course I declined, at this point I don’t want any food as I already took bites of this contaminated burger and clearly disgusted. The next day s/w manager, Amanda, stated she watched the video from their cameras and every employee has gloves on. She stated not sure how the bandaid appeared on the burger. I clarified with her, that the bandaid was not mine and clearly my food was prepared there. Which is concerning, as this means that this bandaid was removed in the kitchen area where food is handled. This location does not take accountability for their actions! Please be aware of your food! I would not want anyone to encounter this!!

Credit machines don’t work half the time. Don’t waste your time LOLOL. Yesterday they wouldn’t take the time to fix it so i wasted my entire lunch break waiting then they said cash only and walked away with nothing. Why does every culvers location only cook 1 side of the patty? Is this part of inflation culvers is too cheap to cook both sides? That’s how you save money. I’ve only had 1 or 2 that were actually cooked on both sides. This is not acceptable culvers do better make it mandatory to actually cook your food and not get people sick giving them raw meat.
