It was 20 minutes before closing when they started mopping. I almost slipped and dropped my banana split, which was very running and spilled out onto the table when I tried to open it. The fumes from the cleaning solution made it difficult to breathe and gave me a headache.

Made a mobile order through the Dairy Queen app not even 5 minutes before I got there and when I got there the drive thru employee said she gave my order to someone else and said I had to get a refund through the app cause she couldn’t do it there. The gag is the app says I have to call the store I was at to get a refund and when I asked to speak to the manager she said she was the manager and could give me a refund. I ended up being nice and paying AGAIN for my order and she said she’d go to her boss’s boss to get me a refund but shocker I never got it so I had to call corporate about it cause when I called the store several times the next day no one answer. Very disappointed in the service. I try not to be the guy to escalate things but when I’m clearly being lied to for no reason at all I tend to get annoyed after. Also the cupfection they was mid.

Oh my the food was so good and fresh. Best we’ve ever had there. The onion rings and cheese curds were soft with just the right amount of crispy. That crew today works amazingly together.

Called to order a cake, gave all my information and they told me they didn’t have a cake decorator, asked just for a cake without the crunch on it. Came to pick up and they didn’t even have my order. Wanted for me to pick up any cake on their fridge even though I need it without the crunch in between. Really disappointed with all of it. Won’t come to this location again and won’t recommend it if you’re reading this.

Stood for five minutes while the employee walked around accommodating everyone other than me before finally asking what I would like to order as if I was bothering her for doing the job hired for. After receiving my meal in a box after I explicitly said I was dining in, I opened my box and the food appeared to be tossed in carelessly. The fries were stale and barely warm. The chicken tasted a week old and the only fresh part of my meal was the toast. Definitely disappointing since I love DQ. I will not be returning and suggest saving your money by going elsewhere. The only positive I have to justify two stars is how clean it was.

This place is always empty and for good reason. And I only settle for them when Culver’s line is too long. This location epitomizes why Dairy Queen is the worst fast food burger place for me. The food is absolutely bland and tasteless, and it’s often cold. Every time I settle for it, I hate myself a little bit more.

Updating my previously good review. I went to the DQ official website and wanted to order my son an Oreo Ice-cream cake for his birthday. This order was placed 3 days ago. Their website directed me to order it through Seamless powered by Grub hub. I placed the order 3 days ago for an 8 inch Oreo cake with “Happy birthday Isaac” written on it. I got there to pick it up today and they said they didn’t have it. Said they had my order but because it was placed through a third party they didn’t have to honor it if it wasn’t in stock. They could see I had already paid and even printed out the order on their register. Said they could only guarantee orders placed in store. They did have a 10 inch Oreo cake but said they couldn’t give me that one instead because it would mess up their inventory. My only option was to take another 8 inch cake from their case in a different flavor with nothing written on it. They could have fixed the problem by offering me the other size of Oreo cake and writing his birthday message on it….would have taken 5 minutes and fixed the problem, but it seems that inventory count was more important than customer service. My family and I used to go to this DQ almost weekly after church. I think we will find a new place to go.
