For a place that serves food, cleanliness should be a top priority. Unfortunately, this was not the case. The tables, floors, and the area where the ketchup and drinks are kept were all visibly dirty. There were no napkins available, which made the experience even more frustrating. Overall, I’m very disappointed and dissatisfied with the condition of this place. I hope management takes immediate action to improve their cleanliness standards.

Chris is an outstanding manager- steady, professional and a true gentleman. He leads a top-tier team, including Imani, Amanda and Clayton who are all sweethearts and have exceptional customer service skills. Always greeting with a smile. Food cold, only one worker, waited in the driveway for 10 minutes no response, I go inside he is all by his self with orders popping through. It was horrible the new tenders ,fries and nuggets tasted like burnt grease. I ordered 3 baconator fries, none of them had bacon. I asked for sauces for my 4 piece tender and 4(6) piece nuggets no sauce, he offered sweet chili and scorchin hot. I don’t like either. I asked for a refund, but he was not a manager so could not give me one. So I was screwed. The general manager and managers should have came in to help him being they are managers. My 15 year old son was leaving the hospital after an emergency and I couldn’t even feed him anything. PILOT WENDYS IN COLONIAL HEIGHTS do better and fire them lazy managers. It’s bad enough both Wendy’s in Chester suck and no you SMH.

This Wendy’s has been perfecting the art of disappointment for over a decade. This has got to be the worst fast food restaurant in America. Last night, two people in line somehow translated into a 15-minute wait—time moves differently here, like a glacier of customer service. At least the entertainment was provided by a dude mopping and singing along to his headphones, which was the closest thing to “service” we got.
No chili. No napkins. No ice. No clue. The manager celebrated clocking out like she’d won the lottery, and her replacement strolled in ten minutes late to keep the tradition alive.
With plenty of disinterest for all, at least the floor offered a garnish of discarded chicken nuggets. Honestly, this place is less a restaurant and more a performance art piece about entropy. Wendy’s, please—take a field trip to Chick-fil-A.
In all seriousness, the only reason to go to Wendy’s is to get a cup of chili, but it’s never available here, or too cold to serve or won’t be ready for 30 minutes. And the lack of napkins!!!! The ajoining PILOT orders the napkins for Wendy’s and has plenty- just go ask.

i did a doordash order from them. first they give the driver the wrong order and he had to go back to get the right one. then when i finally get it, the sandwhich that i ordered wasnt even there and my drink was the wrong size and the wrong drink. they didnt even bother giving me a straw. my bag was sealed too by the way. i do not recommend ordering delivery from this location

The burgers were good, as was the Frosty. Staff were friendly. The fries were cold and dry. The soda machines were broken. No condiments available at all. I was curious about the low rating, and now I understand. I guess it’s a truck stop Wendy’s so there’s that.

you can see that nobody in the kitchen wears gloves i ordered tenders and they didn’t wants to give them until like 45 minutes later the lady also wanted me to pay for the tenders again and that pmo and my beef wasn’t cooked all the way and my drink tasted like clclorox this is was atcolonial heights VA btw, im never going back there again

Drive thru was closed about 8:15pm.
Fries were hot. Sandwich and nuggets were cold. Had to go home and warm food.
Asked for lettuce on my chicken sandwich…this is what I got. Will not go to this Wendy’s again.
