Came from Maryville to eat Pizza at Bert’s. Server lady not very friendly and the pizza was overcooked. Cheese looked burnt. Very disappointed visit we would have sent it back but with two grandkids 3 and 5 didn’t have time to wait. Breadsticks were delicious

A very cozy and family oriented eating establishment. Your menu is right-on, offering a diverse selection of food to meet any appetite. The only reason I failed to submit a 5 star rating is due to your bread and buns. I find them too soft and mushy (if that’s a word). They do not stand up to the fantastic food you place on them. The hamburger and cheese steak soaks the bread to the point it competes with the flavor of your high quality food and lowers the quality of eating at Bert’s. Other than that, I would stop in more often. As a good cook myself, I’d build my sandwiches with a firmer bread which holds up better, creating a more enjoyable dish.

I should’ve looked better and whoever ever heard of sliced ham a size of crackers on a pizza and the pizza dough was not completely done and not much tomato sauce on the pizza

I absolutely love this restaurant. The food is great especially the steak and pizza. The service is friendly, fast, and they keep your tea filled. The atmosphere is family friendly which I love to see the families and the staff treat you like family. 5 stars across the board because to me they go above and beyond to make you feel at home and welcome even when they are packed. And the salad is amazing and I don’t exactly like salad so that is definitely 5 star points.

I have loved berts for a few years now.! Me and my husband drive up to pigeon forge that way and one day we discovered it! Im so glad we did now everytime we go up to pigeon forge or im just craving pizza we get berts. I live in decatur but berts is worth the drive! Food is amazing people are so wonderful! Its always a great experience wether we are dining in or picking up! Please eat at this local business its worth it trust me! You wont be disappointed!❤️❤️

Never been here but was craving pizza so we stopped and got a large meat pizza, but for $1.99 you can add a cheese pizza so yes!!! They have a drive thru and customer service was amazing, he let us order threw the drive thru. Pizza was fresh and hot and so good, we got ranch also and it taste homemade it was a great combination with their pizza!

We stopped in for the pizza bar last night. It was somewhat disappointing in the amount of time it took to get fresh pizza on the bar; it seemed like the bar had been given up on.
Our biggest disappointment was our service. We were ignored by the server, who was more interested in serving the tables around us. We did not get refills, did not get checked on, and waited over 20 minutes after plates were cleared for our check.
