Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

Purchased a salad & found a piece of hair . Actually two strands of hair in it. I got to the bottom this what i see. Called and got a remake. The second picture is the remake this is DISGUSTING. Hair caps should be worn. Very unsanitary!

Customer service needs a revamp. I had to repeat my order several times for to ultimately still be wrong. It’s sad to say but this is the usual type of service I experience when I get there. So I was kinda waiting for it. Then had to order again at the window. The gentleman at the window no fault to him, he was doing everything he could with all he was task to do. Had to be pulled forward to get the order made at window. Only the gentleman at the window and another gentleman inside addressed me to see what was going on. Some staff did make the experience at least reasonable but I think it may be wise to start using another Whataburger.

Told the I wanted a number 3 only with meat and cheese only nothing else drove off it was wrong Covered in mustardbrought it back then I was missing two pieces of meat and it was fully loaded with everything I sent it back again and they argued saying plain and plain and dry or two different things I never said plain or plain and dry. I said I wanted a number three with meat and cheese. Only nothing else they brought it back a third time wrong again I don’t mind them making mistakes. I was polite about it, but trying to argue after the receipt clearly said plain and dry as well. Come on do better. I thought they fixed it on the third time until I drove down the road and realized they added the meat and took off the condiments, but they accidentally left a little bit of lettuce and pickles where they peeled everything off after I told them I was allergic

Online order inside was closed for some reason but the girl come outside said I didn’t have an order I showed it to her on my phone then she found it and she got the order wrong and then she didn’t bring my tea said I didn’t have a tea on there, I showed her my ticket again with the tea she went and got my tea. Food is always fresh and delicious, but why would you send my order out looking like this?! I ordered through Doordash and this looks sloppy and lazy. This is not the Dasher doing, this is one of Whataburger’s employees…Therfore, this is the reason for the 1 star on service.

I can’t understand why your employees place the topping on one side of the burger. This place has the laziness employees ever. Who put toppings on top of each other rather than spreading it over the sandwich. I should not have to fix my own burger that I paid for. I used to brag about this location all the time. Not anymore, you couldn’t have been in that big of a hurry. Unacceptable!

Been sitting in drive thru waiting for my food for 30 mins. Was asked to move up and wait. Have sat and watched several ppl behind me get there food and leave. I will never return to this place again. Worst drive thru ever

I deliver food and Whataburger suppose to make the drinks they gave me the cups I told them I’m not suppose to make the drinks if I’m delivering them the manager just standing there like she don’t know that drove me then it took them 20 minutes to even make the people drinks the young guy in there was very polite I don’t know his name but he has great customer service
