One thing I really appreciated about this Asian & sushi restaurant is how welcoming it is for vegans and vegetarians, without making anyone feel like the “odd one out” at the table.
By “Asian,” they truly mean a well-curated and generous menu representing Korean, Vietnamese, Thai, Chinese, and Japanese cuisines. It’s a great place for anyone who may not have tried food from all these countries before, because you can get a nice sampling of authentic flavors all in one place.
There are several clearly vegan and vegetarian options, so plant-based diners can order a full, satisfying meal—not just a side dish. At the same time, friends who enjoy sushi or meat-based dishes have plenty to choose from, which makes it easy to share a table and enjoy a social night together.
What I especially liked is that the vegan dishes are flavorful and well-prepared, so even non-vegans at the table were curious to taste and share. It creates a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere where everyone can explore different cuisines and enjoy the experience together.
If you’re vegan or vegetarian and still want a place where you can comfortably go out with friends and enjoy a broad, authentic Asian food experience, this is definitely a spot worth visiting.

After three years of living in the area, we finally tried Bean Sprouts at The Avenue Viera—and I have to say, it was worth the wait!

Coconut Milk Tea (refreshing and creamy!)
House Fried Rice with Chicken & Pineapple (perfect balance of savory + sweet)
Fresh Salmon Roll (from their sushi station!)
The service was attentive, the atmosphere was inviting, and the sushi station was impressively fresh. Definitely adding Bean Sprouts to our local favorites list. Highly recommend if you’re nearby!

This is a cute restaurant with no frills. Plenty of parking in a shopping area, so you can walk off what you ate. The service was fast and the people were very nice. The menu labels vegetarian items, but also ask what can be made vegan. There is a happy hour menu mon-fri 3pm-6pm with drinks (alcohol & non alcoholic) and appetizers. I had the tofu drunken noodle at 4 spice level. It wasn’t really spicy for me, BUT, im used to spice & have not encountered anything spicy since I moved to FL. If you like spice, ask for a 5. The food tasted fresh and delicious. There was also a table celebrating a birthday, which they brought out a treat to them with a candle. Highly recommend. Only thing i disliked was the Styrofoam take away containers for left overs. It’s not eco-friendly and the food doesn’t stay as fresh. But that’s a me thing.

Pretty pricey, but it is Viera and right in the shops. Especially the sashimi — nearly $19 for just two a la carte orders of sashimi that were two slices of fish each. Spicy tuna roll was delightfully spicy. Sashimi was sliced beautifully and pretty thick. Still very, very expensive though compared to many other places. I had miso soup, a spicy tuna roll (not a special roll,) two orders of sashimi a la carte and one beer and it ran me almost $47.00 before tip. Service was prompt and friendly.

This restaurant is beautiful. I love the christmas decoration. The staff is very friendly, there was a slight language barrier and my crab Rangoon’s came out cold in the center. Our server was very accommodating and my drink was amazing. Overall a good experience.
