Horrible experience tonight, second time out of less than ten times visiting this location. 2nd time they’ve screwed up the order and given my wife a spicy sandwich. Maybe not a big deal to most people, but my wife is highly allergic to capsacian and requires emergency medical care if ingesting much. 2nd time in 10 or less visits.
So tonight after working an 11hr day, I go through the drive thru, and was given another spicy sandwich, when they read back the #1 regular, plain sandwich. Didn’t find out until after a 15min drive home.
So I go back, requesting the entire order be remade. Manager says he’ll only give us the correct sandwich and a replacement on the fries…so I’m stuck eating one hour old, cold food.
This is terrible service. More than a 20% failure rate, and virtually no desire to make it right. I will NEVER return to this store, maybe the entire brand.
“Sorry, we don’t care that you drove an hour total, back and forth, after an 11hr workday, and forced you to eat 1hr cold food”. This is all I will ever remember about Chik-Fil-A. Gonna scream it from the rooftops – this place sucks!

I’m from Iowa and we had just gotten done taking a patient to Immanuel and decided to stop for some dinner. We parked and I got out of the truck to see if the dining area was open and one of the employees saw me walking and ran up and opened the door! They were super nice and let me order at the counter and I got my food super fast! They told me that the dining room actually was closed but they figured our ambulance wouldn’t fit through the drive through. It was so kind of them to still serve me! And the food was great!

I went through the drive through and there was a hair in my spicy chicken sandwich. First of all, who made that sandwich and thought, yeah this is fine?? Second, I brought it inside to return it and the cashier didn’t even listen to me. Literally turned around and walked away when I was mid-sentence. This resulted in her giving me a regular chicken sandwich with pickles when I specifically asked for (and just ordered) a spicy chicken sandwich with no pickles. This is not the first time I’ve ordered inside and the cashier messed up my order. I’m officially done with this place. The drive through is usually fine but the cashiers inside are horrible and now the hair!!!

I am not sure you could get a group of people together that could ignore a pile of people asking for help more. Not one person would help the lobby, and you had ten customers waiting,vocally to order. They are very good at keeping their head down and ignoring you even when talk to them.

Great place to get some chicken. A little on the more expensive side of fast food however, in my experiences, the staff is great, food is fresh and not dry, not a long wait for them to whip up your order. Positive experiences so far.

Food is always delicious! My mom accidentally spilled our fries and a very kind employee saw this. He offered us more fries and he apologized to us! Very sweet of him. Not sure his name, but he was wearing a sling on his arm!

I came through the drive-through for dinner for my kids. I ordered drinks without ice and a bunch of other stuff when I got to the window she told me well. It wasn’t ordered without ice, but the guy repeated it with ice then she repeatedly talked crap to her coworker next to her about me as I was sitting in the window very unprofessional. I have problems almost every time I come to this Chick-fil-A this is my last time coming.

CfA is known for its quality customer service in the fast food industry. But I must compliment them on how they care about the comfort of their employees. For lunch, my daughter wanted a CfA Deluxe sandwich with Dragonfruit lemonade. When we pulled up the line was in the Lowe’s parking lot-it was PACKED! It was raining today during the lunch hour rush and we saw these green things floating between the cars! LOL, the employees had on walking weather pods! In the wintertime the restaurant provides warming booths for the employees. The line moved super fast because of how well organized this location is. I think when the employer cares about their workers, it helps them to actually like their jobs.
