This Sonic location has unfortunately dropped two stars in our view. It used to be our family’s go-to spot, but today’s experience was a letdown. We ordered a Vanilla Cream Dr. Pepper, which we hadn’t had in a while, and it was disappointing. It tasted like a regular Dr. Pepper with just a hint of vanilla and cream, almost as if it were diluted. Over the past few months, this location has become increasingly inconsistent with the quality of their food and drinks.
I’m wondering if management is addressing these issues or if they’re simply passing them off to the customer to contact the franchise owner. Management is responsible for their employees.

Not very happy with this location. I bought drinks and my card went through on the machine and they said it didn’t . So in return I had to pay cash to get my drinks so I paid double for my drinks today and manger said I have to provide a bank statement ! Will not be going back to this location.

Just ordered and our order was wrong again. We spent 60.00 for four ppl. Not happy at all. Should have gone somewhere else for that price. Instead I got ketchup. Which I don’t like it on my burger. Had to order from Whataburger after I got home and order was wrong.

I ordered food on the app and with my orders I requested 2 ranch per order. When I went to pick up my food I did not receive any ranch so I called a car hop to bring the ranch. He proceeds to bring me 2 ranch for my entire order and tells me he would have to charge for more. After explaining to him I ordered on the app and that wasn’t the case he said “that’s just how we do it”. Then I get home to cold old tater tots. My experience was so frustrating I hate this sonic is in my neighborhood but I will definitely take a longer drive and go to another sonic next time.

Horrible service bunch of undisciplined little kids working here that don’t follow simple instructions. Had to ask for cutlery multiple times also got order wrong twice. This place needs a lot of TLC.
