I came through here in the drive-through on July 23rd, First of all, there were two people at once trying to talk to me over the speaker, I then finally ordered a grilled chicken wrap and a baked potato, They practically threw the bag at me. My daughter opened my food to see how it looked because we always have bad luck when we go out to eat, and my chicken wrap was not edible. All the chicken looked hard and old, so I didn’t even eat it.
And my baked potato looked and smelled old as well, I took one small bite out of potato and spit right back out As it tasted burnt and old
I have tried to get in touch with someone About this experience in getting my refund and I still have not received any refund or response

I got the Baconator Fries (which I just recently found out were a thing) and they were to die for, especially adding ranch on top! The service was a little slow in the restaurant but Doordash orders were flowing in and out of that place! It was uncomfortably quiet but that isn’t a major thing since the food was so good!

Need some new night shift workers. The food was old and the meat was nasty. The nuggets was gross and the French fries were old and had no salt. When we got there the lights were off and then when we got to the window the girl lacked customer service skills. When you asked a question she huffed like a toddler. She talked to the other worker the whole time while we were at the window complaining about not staying until 12 when they close at 11.

Haven’t been in a while but decided to stop by and try the triple berry frosty. Also got a double stack biggie bag. Took my whole $10!! Service was fast, food was hot and the triple berry frosty hit the spot. And it should have been great considering I was the only customer there…4 stars because 1. I had to ask for the honey mustard sauce for my chicken nuggets and 2. The cups for the frosty are getting smaller and smaller!!

I feel like good customer service is so rare in the fast food industry today that when it occurs it should be celebrated. I made a quick pit stop off this exit for a late lunch/early dinner. The two gentlemen working on Tuesday 2-18 around 4pm were exceptional. You could hear kindness in the voice of the one taking my order. He remained so polite and genuine from start to finish. Service was fast, order was correct and the food was good. Well done!

Keep driving. Horrible. The door locks on the exterior door are broken, so you think they’re closed anyway…. The AC is not functioning in the dining area. From the state of extreme stickiness of the wooden tables, dangerously slick floors, moldy ceiling tiles, and the tarnished metal pushpins holding the folding wallpaper to the wall, it’s safe to assume there hasn’t been climate control here for a while. You’d think the customer service might be better to compensate for one of the worst fast food dining experiences, but you’d be wrong. The level of disdain for serving their customers matches the rest of the location.

Customer service at this Wendy’s was genuinely good—friendly and fast. The food was what you’d expect, no complaints there. Just a note: don’t be afraid to throw a dash of salt on the fries next time!

I think the staff deliberately doesn’t give out receipts so they cannot be held accountable when customers complain.
