This place is the best I’ve visited in San Antonio, TX. I loved the soda fountain outside, which you can enjoy whenever you want, and the service is magnificent. Thanks to Tavin Griffth, you make my day better after a long day at work with all their attentiveness. I recommend this place!!! Thank you for making your customers feel special.

It’s 8 o’clock at night and I came to a drive-through so that I could get my meal and they want to tell me to pull forward they’re worried about their time and not worried about getting my food out in a timely manner. I told him I’m not comfortable doing that if there’s no one behind me in the drive-through then there’s no need for me to park off to the side. That’s why I’m in a drive-through this gentleman in the photograph, claiming to be the store Manager, proceeded to argue with me and asked me why I didn’t want to pull forward. A good manager should very much be professional in his business and understand that if he did this job efficiently I wouldn’t have to worry about pulling forward. Arguing with a customer is poor customer service and show lack of professionalism. McDonald’s do better and definitely don’t have your store managers arguing with customers.

Food was fresh, value was good, nostalgic time, friendly and attentive staff, clean, quick, easy easy.
Every time I crave McDonald’s nuggets, it HAS to be their nuggets. NOT every time I crave nuggets must it be from McDs, but sometimes I want that specific bite. And all my life it’s been the same (give or take) and I get the same sauce… HONEY. I’ve never met another person who does, but this was was my Happy Meal and it still is.
I very much enjoy customizations in food apps, especially salt. However, I would go with NO Salt next time, because light salt still felt like a salt bomb. Also, there was a “salt” option (no pepper, just salt) for the burger… I’m not sure what that’s about, but a first for me.) Everything was fresh and on par with the cost (small savings thanks to the app) and I look forward to next year’s craving (for me, anyway.)
Bonus background story: I mentioned the Monopoly game to my mom and the next day she had a craving for McDonald’s. Not for the game, just for the food. For the first time in…. I’m not going to do that math, but suffice to say it’s not her go-to (fast food in general, really), but our regular burger place was closed and again, the ear worm got her. My

Consistently the WORST McDonald’s I’ve ever been to and let me say, I’ve visited McDonald’s in other countries.
This location has the rudest, unfriendly, unbothered, unprofessional employees. Don’t take the time to greet you or ask if you have a rewards code. They rush you when ordering and make you feel like an inconvenience when it’s 9:30pm and there’s NO ONE in line behind you.
Getting your food while it’s hot? Forget it. We sat parked to the side for 30 minutes the other night waiting for our food with 3 other cars. Get your order right? Nope. Get it to you in a timely manner? Nope.
Worst worst worst WORST. If it weren’t for the convenience of the location I wouldn’t put myself through the frustration.

Ordered a coffee and sandwich on the mobile app. Confirmed all that came in the coffee based on customization. I get there and handed something that looks nothing like what I ordered so I questioned it and they added whip after I complained it was wrong and they said no. The color looked wrong so I pulled out the app and showed what online it says it has the girl said no that’s not what’s in it so takes out her phone to report to McDonald’s the app is wrong(every other McDonald’s makes it right) doesn’t have expresso shot, so she’s about to remake it when the manager comes and starts telling her in Spanish they have been getting in trouble for times and I need to pull up. I told them there are no cars behind me can you just make it but they said no I needed to pull up. So I replied I’m sorry but how do I know you won’t spit in my coffee because you are mad? They laughed and said no no it’s just our times we need you to move. They then talked about times for a but. I told them the time you’ve spent arguing for me to move you could have already made it. They refused so I took the coffee they made which is horrible! Shouldn’t promote pics and then hand something way different.

Every time EVERY TIME!! I come here it’s the worst! I understand mcdonalds wants customers to use the kiosks to order but to just completely ignore the customers is wild along with making faces and speaking a different language because I have a problem is not cool. About 75% of the time I have to pull off to a numbered slot for my food. Sometimes there are no cars behind me and I still have to go over there. Sometimes I’ve counted 12 vehicles that came and went before my Big Mac came. Not even a special order. It is beyond ridiculous that so often they can not fill an order at the window.
