Update: Owner replied to always properly inspect the food. JITB has a very low expectation of their employees. At minimum, customers expect their order to be made fresh & hot. It wasn’t busy when I pulled up or while I was waiting or when I left. This location doesn’t take pride in serving their customers.

Ordered a Jumbo Jack combo on sourdough bread. The bread wasn’t toasted at all. The meat patty was broken up and cold. They put a tiny piece of lettuce & some pickles but no tomatoes no onions. All that for $11. And they made me pull around to wait for 5 minutes.

(IF YOU NOTICE THERE 5 STARS ALMOST EQUAL WITH THERE 1 STARS) i smell fake reviews but If your planning on stopping here for a late night meal or quick snack don’t bother go next door to taco bell or even whataburger this location needs to be shut down and reopened elsewhere
(Whatever oil they use to fry they’re chicken in is the most disgusting oil you could think of the small pieces you see in the second picture are as hard as rocks and taste like racoon ankles as for the first picture up until the second bite it was going smooth but after that im pretty much eating a brick) (Its a figure of speech “Owner”) oh and on the note of “owner” don’t even waste your time responding to this because I definitely won’t be back this location needs a surprise inspection ASAP

Pretty disappointing experience at this Jack in the box. Placed an online order and it took over 25 minutes for a simple meal. The kid maybe gave me like 8 curly fries. Soda machine in lobby was broke. Bathrooms were nasty. Restaurant was slow and the people here move with no urgency at all. This place definitely deserved the low rating. Pretty sure I will not be returning back to this place.

The entire store was out of drink, only offered Powerade. There was no ice available. The staff was clearly in no mood. However they did prepare the food as ordered and everything was made correct. Sometimes things occured at fast food restaurants that not even staff can control. Overall came for a quick meal and was served one.

I normally don’t leave a review but my order was incorrect wanted a jumbo jack got a chicken sandwich and tacos were not what they were once upon a time ago. First time ordering the jalapeño peppers did not like the cheese tasty gummy. Still love but we gotta do better on the tacos as they are a stable of the restaurant.

Came in on a Sunday night, was a little hesitant after seeing reviews. The place was empty inside but the drive thru and curbside orders were hopping. All the tables were clean, everything was very clean inside. Despite being only one of what looked like maybe 2 employees, Edward was very kind and answered my questions about the menu. The food was very hot and fresh and carefully assembled. I didn’t think to take a picture, but it looked like it was put together with care. I was having a hard day, and I needed a hot meal and a kind face, and Edward gave me both. Thank you so much!!

Hadn’t been in a good while, thought I’d pacify my craving. They were out of every single drink. No Boba’s, no coffees, no sodas (only Diet Coke), they only had HiC and Iced Tea. I rated the Service 3.5 stars because the man working the drive thru was a gentleman and even gave us Medium size drinks for our kids meal for no extra charge. Whoever is running this location needs to up their game.

Terrible service the order was wrong, didnt give us any condiments napkins nothing. And couldnt even ask for them when I found out because there was no one at the front counter for a while, only the person back in the kitchen area, and couldnt even go to the restrooom to get toilet paper at least because it was closed. And again the cashier was nowhere to be found.
