I would give a 10 star rating if I could! The staff are great! Everyone (the waitress Katie and the guy that sat us down William especially) does a fantastic job with dealing with my crazy family. They are very accommodating and have a lot of patience dealing with us. Working in customer service can be very difficult at times. Especially when you are dealing with people like my family. But we are very grateful for the continued patience and grace. If you are in Granite City and are hungry, this place is the only option that I would recommend.

I live in Clayton Missouri & I had to drive out to this area for my Dog at Cavaliers Furniture. It was way past my lunch time. They had a few area Fast Food joints but instead of grabbing greasy food I decided to check this Applebees out. It has been about 8 years since I’ve stepped foot inside any Applebees. Great customer service from the bar, front desk, table staff to my waitress Courtney B! I decided to try the Crispy Bacon & Ranch Chicken sandwich w/Fries. I asked prior to ordering if I should get the grills or crispy & my waitress said she only had the Crispy & it was good. So, I went with it. It was that good! Great choice. When I’m in the area I most definitely will be back. Until then, I’ll be visiting my areas locations for now on. I’ve obviously been missing out!

I would have given five stars but my order was not right. I got a catering order of the classic chicken and broccoli alfredo but when I got home no broccoli in the Alfredo which was disappointing because the broccoli brings the meal together for me and my family. Seeing as I was home already I didn’t push the issue. Overall the pasta was good

We were greeted and seated almost immediately and we got our food and drinks relatively fast, the only real problem was our waitress, she was super nice and got our food and drinks to us pretty quick but after we got our boxes and bill it took about 20 minutes to get her back even after we asked another waitress for help, it was late and me and my partner were full and tired and wanted to get home and who knows how mich longer we’d of waited if I hadn’t spoken up. Just a little ridiculous you need your waitress just to go pay your bill and leave.

By far the worst Applebee’s I’ve ever been too, and it’s terrible every time ya go. I literally just get their boneless wings, and it doesn’t matter what day or what time of day/night you to, you somehow ALWAYS get old wings that have already been cooked and sauced. They redrop them and resauce them and sell them the same price as the new ones that you’re SUPPOSED to get. And when you call to complain about it, the only thing they offer is to remake them? And you have to drive back up there and wait again. Why can’t they be made right the first time? I guess food cost is way more important than food fresh food and service. I’ve addressed this with multiple managers multiple times, and they’ve usually been pretty nice about it and apologized but I got them again tonight and had the same bad quality food so obviously they’re just telling you what you want to hear and not talking to the cooks to make necessary changes. I bet if they had to remake your food and give you a refund that things would change then, but they Obviously don’t care about their customers. Tonight we ordered a burger and fries and wings and everything was cold. All they said was come back up we’ll remake it. So the pizza we got from somewhere else will be cold by time we get back. Thanks a lot!

Ordered a 2for 25 last night. When I arrived they informed me that my order wasn’t put in their system and tried blaming it on the computer. I was charged $38 instead of $25. When I asked why I was told one of the items was an upcharge. After 18 more minutes of waiting they gave me my food. When I got to my car I checked my order and they messed up and gave me one wrong item. So I went back in and waited another 15min for them to make the correct item. I arrived at 7:15 and left at 7:41. At one point the manager asked my name I could hear the register open I thought she was going to refund me my money for all of this and I’m pretty sure she kept the money and marked me as a refund. When I got home the food was cold I mean cold! My steak was cut in half tasted gross. I would not recommend going to this location. I think it would have been better managed by the younger girls they had waiting tables. Absolutely disappointed and a waste of my time and money!

I was here with my Son yesterday and we ordered appetizers and a burger. My food wasn’t up to standards like other Applebee’s hold. My son’s boneless wings were served burned to the point where you can’t tell the difference between crust and chicken, his burger was served separately after the appetizers old applebees style which we have no issues. The issues started with it being cold fries and a cold burger and we didn’t receive the bacon on the “Whiskey “BACON” burger” the server wasn’t bussing to where we didn’t receive water refills (bare minimum) a “togo” bag with our “togo” boxes resulting in a spill of one of our sauces. Only food, drink and check for our table after a considerable wait time on a Tuesday afternoon, not crowded. Our overall visit wasn’t pleasant and someone needs to step up when the bare minimum isn’t being executed.

We were there today around 4 our drinks were the happy hour special they were just juice I ordered the 3 dips and 3 appetizers for $14.99 my onion rings and Asian boneless chicken were burt I had the smallest quesdillas my husband’s burger and fries were mid. Won’t stop here again
