Recently ordered a sour cream and chive baked potato and got a baked potato with no sour cream or butter or fork for that matter. I also got chicken Nuggets and asked for sweet and sour sauce,got 2 things of ranch. Just realized today they no longer have grilled chicken sandwiches either which is a bummer. Usually pretty good.

Went through the drive thru with 3 biggie bags, when I got them everything was right minus two burgers one had tom and it wasn’t supposed too and one had lettuce and wasn’t supposed too, I went in and asked for them to be remade and they did but when the manager handed me the burgers she goes “here you go but she said she definitely made them right.” And tosses me the bag, I assume they burgers are right and get home only for them BOTB to be wrong again, me and the manager read the receipt together and she even brought it back into the kitchen with her too, shame on her for being rude and wrong TWICE. Can’t be old and rude pick a struggle honestly..

So every so often I got into fast food places to order because I like the interaction. I went into this Wendy’s a few weeks ago on my lunch and it was one of the BEST interactions I’ve ever had with fast food employees. Usually employees at other chains are cheerless, stressed and don’t care how their service comes off. Not these guys! They were so friendly and happy to interact! Char, the manager was so kind and personable, and all the guys were enthusiastic. It was such a nice lunch stop and made the rest of my day a little more sunny.

They’re amazing at making the order. Everything is great even with my special sandwich and all the stuff I have to add and the stuff I take off and somehow it’s always perfect. The only thing that has ever happened was a long time ago I ordered a bunch of those five dollar biggie bags and a bunch of other stuff that some had special stuff done to them but they didn’t put 1 chicken nuggets and one of the burgers but when I got there I could see them in the tray ready for me to pick up I just had to argue with some younger females and then they got the manager and I got my stuff and she refunded me for the embarrassing situation I had just went through lol I wasn’t going to take it until she said she wasn’t going to fire them just educate them instead. Really good service

Came for dinner , drive through was busy but moving and the restaurant was open and they also have outdoor seating. The restaurant was not busy and seemed clean and all tables are open. Service was great, our orders were accurate and good. Located on Molalla Avenue right across from Safeway. Like most every businesses during these times they are hiring!!!

Frosty machine wasnt working right so they made us park. When we finally got them they were half melted and toppings sunk to the bottom. Cookies were the wrong kind and they knew this when they gave ne my food. They said they were out of the correct kind I had put on my online order. Tired to get a refund and they denied me saying I had to go thru the app. Tried going thru the app and website for a refund and its nothing but talking into a void. More often then not this store location makes ordered wrong. This is noy a first offense. Will not be returning

This has got to be the WORST Wendy’s EVER. Never once have they got my order right. A taco salad is very simple. The salad TOTILLA CHIPS SALSA SOUR CREAM chili. I don’t even know what I got today it has corn and chicken and limes. Don’t even bother trying to get it corrected the “manager” just likes to argue and tell you you got what you ordered

If you’re out of a salad or don’t know how to make a salad, please say so. Please don’t charge me full price ($9) for a mini salad missing half the ingredients. Just what I was hoping to open when I got home after a long, exhausting day at work. 3 stars for atmosphere just because I didn’t go inside so can’t judge. Not sure why I can’t add a photo?

Then go to the drive-thru give my order the gentleman taking my order asks me what do I want to drink I tell him Dr pepper. And go through the drive-thru and he never gives me my drink. Then when I go inside to figure out what was up? The guys inside were really particular about the soda and could not just give me a cup and let me get my own soda no … They had to do it and they had to go really far in the back of the store to do it. I didn’t drink much of that soda.
