Went in there a little before 3 and grabbed a late lunch. Was excited to see they sell breakfast all day. Was greeted kindly and promptly by Ryan and two friendly ladies behind the counter. I asked for recommendations and they were helpful. Ordered a bagel breakfast type and was able to enjoy it there even though it was so close to closing time. The service was so great I ordered some bagels to go to take home for the week. Food quality was excellent and the staff was better. I would highly reccomend Old School Bagel!

Probably my 20th visit. Always get something new. Tried the Ruben on rye. Will be getting another. Young gave great professional polite service as usual. This since i started my go to eatery. The service helps the food taste better, had gotten great service from everyone. Thanks for a great meal!

Went to get some breakfast after a not so good morning, was greeted with some of the best customer service I’ve ever had. Mak at the window was so full of joy and was truly so kind. Prepared my food and coffee in a timely manner and had a smile on her face the whole time!! Would definitely go back.

Unfortunately this a a one start review due to how the bagels were sent home on a Togo order. But also due to the way the untrained manager Amanda handled the situation. I paid just under $9 yes $9 for two bagels with butter one with onion cream cheese on the side. I get home and half the bagels were burnt. I understand things happen but when I try to explain to Amanda that they were burnt she recommends I ask for them to be lightly toasted then. I explain that they aren’t brown they were black and she continues to say I should ask for them to be lightly toasted. Um how about not sending out burnt my bagels in the first place. I understand that this is a first job for most of the kids there are she explained yet if she was truly a manager she should train her staff in quality control and maybe just some common sense. If it’s burnt probably don’t send it out. They clearly have to work out the kinks but they definitely need more training especially from the top up. Had high hopes but I’ll gladly spend my money elsewhere.

This was a wonderful visit. The woman with the tattoos on her neck is so kind and accommodating. I was worried about cold deli meat because I’m pregnant and she reassured me they can toast the meat too. She even handled the order herself to make sure. She was so polite and cheerful. She really made our first visit amazing. Will definitely be back.

Got the pizza bagel for lunch – fast service and was very tasty! Recommend eating it while hot due to becoming chewy / hard when cooled. Not sure if the bagel is toasted beforehand or not, but that would make it taste even better. Great to share!
Not pictured is a blueberry bagel with cream cheese- definitely put in your to go order or while you are their that you want the bagel toasted. Wasn’t as good with a cold bagel. Hoping as the months go by they will continue to get better and better!

The Cuban bagel is so good!! Not too spicy- but very filling! Also their iced coffee is great, it’s not super sugared down.

I went to try the asiago cheese bagel, good, but not enough cheese taste like Panera. But Panera bagels are just bagel shaped bread, they don’t have the chewy texture like these. Perfectly toasted and slathered in butter like I ordered it.
