Like honestly, who doesn’t like Chick-fil-A? But today! Well, they did make me happy. Long story short wife and I are out taking care of stuff and she does what all wife’s do, she asked if I was hungry. Well,I really wasn’t but I knew she was at the moment. So, I ask what she wants and she spots out Chick-fil-A. Mind you,its only 10 something am. I had never had a breakfast at Chick-fil-A. But then suddenly I was hungry and I wanted a breakfast like food. So,anyway, we walk in at 10:30am on the dot. I see a breakfast menu up! Well,fine print reads “till 10:30am” but to my surprise the casher was listening to me say I want breakfast and my wife telling me it’s over. He then turns and asked the manager if I could still get breakfast even though it was one minute past,well, the manager then turns to the kitchen window and says hold on breakfast we have one more! I was floored! Never has that happened at the burger place we all know of. So,we order,get the food,and I am not sure if it was because I felt special at that moment or if the breakfast sandwich was so good, but it was fantastic! Anyway, once again,Chick-fil-A has proven that they do wish to please the client. And I like that very much. So thank you staff, you guys made what was a very gloomy morning into a sunshiny rest of day.

This is hands-down one of the best Chick-fil-A locations I’ve ever been to! From the moment I walked in, I noticed the beautiful flower decorations that gave the place such a warm and inviting atmosphere. The dining area was spotless, with tables wiped down promptly and floors free of crumbs or spills.

The bathrooms were extremely clean—honestly cleaner than most upscale restaurants I’ve visited. You can tell the staff takes real pride in maintaining the entire place. Speaking of the staff, the customer service was absolutely outstanding. Everyone was genuinely friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond in a way you rarely see, even at full-service restaurants.

My food came out quickly, piping hot, and tasted fresh—exactly what you hope for but don’t always get at fast food spots.

If you want great food, a pleasant atmosphere, and top-tier service, this location sets the standard!

My first Chick-fil-A experience! As a Canadian business woman, I’d studied their business model but had not eaten there. We have very few locations in Canada and, because I’m gluten free, I didn’t know until a few days ago that I actually COULD eat there. I was thrilled when a Google search advised that they had GF options – and that there may even be a gluten-free frier at the location.

“Welcome in!” I felt warmly greeted but then flooded with disappointment when our service member was unfamiliar with the status of the frier, had to “look it up” (why not ask someone?), and then told me it was not GF. No fries for me – Boooo. I could still have chicken nuggets though.

We chose to eat in so took our number and took our seat. When our food was delivered, I took the opportunity to ask the managerial-feeling man if he knew about the frier. He did, confirmed it was in fact gluten free, and insisted on bringing me the fries I’d wanted. My disappointment evaporated and I returned to being a fan of Chick-fil-A!! Bossman for the win!!

I don’t know who was on quality control today, but it was an epic fail on the spicy chicken deluxe. This delivered to my door 12 min after ordering. The chicken is flat, chewy, and over seasoned, like it was sitting under a warmer for hours. Shame on you Hutto Chick-fil-A. I’ve had this sandwich delivered twice before from your location, and it was delightful. This is my very first complaint about any Chick-fil-A. I’ve been a patron of Chick-fil-A for well over 30 years in many different states, so that’s saying a lot about today’s experience. So disappointed, I ended up getting lunch from somewhere else.☹️

It had been years since I visited a Chick-fil-A, but I found a gift card that I didn’t realize I had. So I decided to stop here and get some food. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich on a pretzel bun and a 4 piece chicken fingers. It was great, way better than I remembered. I guess I have been missing out for the last few years. The service was also great. Since I was using an older gift card, it didn’t swipe right away. But the cashier was calm, had the manager come over and after she tried a couple of things, it worked just fine. Both were polite and calm despite the delay causing a momentary backup of the line. Now I have another solid place to go when I am craving good chicken on the go.

I just want to say today’s service I received was very interesting.. my husband and I waited for our food in the outer lane in the drive thru after ordering breakfast and the blonde female employee working window and giving out orders was extremely rude. She came up to our car and confirmed the order name, rudely tossed out the food into our car. Usually they will ask if you need any extra condiments but nothing after my order name was said not even “my pleasure, have a nice day.”

I frequently order from the app for pick up through their drive thru. They are very efficient, quick, accurate, and pleasant. The food is always the correct temperature and tasty. I usually order their salads, grilled chicken sandwiches, chicken nuggets, frosted lemonade, and I just tried their seasonal peppermint chip frosted coffee-YUM. Their prices are comparative to other fast food restaurants, but their service and food put them a step above the rest.

I was in this location and today and Nathan was super nice , he offers me water to add to my order because he was worried for me not drinking anything due the hot weather. I really appreciate his great hospitality.

Wonderful Chick-fil-A store. Unfortunately the owner of the store is ex-marine and when I asked if they offered a military discount they told me no. It’s a shame that an ex-soldier would not extend a warm welcome to his brothers in arms. I know if I owned a business I would for it is the freedom that they fought for that I get to operate my business at in a free country. I would be most appreciative. Unfortunately this owner is not. Placed an order using the Chick-fil-A app for delivery. Was provided a time of arrival and notified the driver was on the way. Then received a notification the driver canceled the order and it was assigned to a different driver. After 4 notifications of driver changes I called the restaurant. I was told I needed to contact doordash and place my order over. I informed the employee I did not order through doordash and ordered through their app. The employee confirmed my order was already picked up, he was speaking to someone I assume was a supervisor while I was on the phone trying to figure out what to do and then I was hung up on. Eventually I was able to access the help button on their app and was refunded for the stolen food that was never delivered but I am SOL on the points that were used on an item in my order.
