Late night weekend crew is very disappointing recently, second time in a row order has been inaccurate & poorly made. Get charged for chipotle sauce but none in burrito, get halfway through my dry burrito & find a black & bleached piece of hair in food. Save yourself the headache & go literally anywhere else.

Avoid going to this taco bell. Not the first time they have completely messed up my order. They put almost no potatoes in all 3 of my potato tacos and did not give me or my girlfriend the sauce we asked for. Just go somewhere else if you’re hungry

I’ll preface this by saying I love Taco Bell and I probably won’t stop going. I, myself, think the new dipping burritos are pretty tasty. Are they new ingredients Taco Bell hasn’t already for a while? Absolutely not. But delicious nonetheless. However, the few times I’ve gotten them they’re microscopic compared to what they’re advertised as. Maybe try them once and then don’t waste the money.

Cashiers are usually solid here, line crew, usually awful. Every time I come to this location something is always wrong, prepared very poorly, or just flat out missing. Just disappointing. The area coach for this store needs to revisit and evaluate how the crew workers are performing past 5pm. I hate having to complain, but after getting every order for the past couple of months messed up, it is just jarring. Managers are good, there just needs to be more supervision. Before I got this quesadilla, home boy in the window was playing with his zipper and pants in that region, right in front of the window. Baffling. I get it y’all, I used to be a 1st assistant and run shifts, but the lack of care is astonishing, 2 cars in the drive and they do this. Get it together guys, please

The people working this late night Saturday shift don’t care at all about their work and have no pride in anything they do. Ordered tacos with extra cheese, and there’s literally like 10 little shreds on each one. Definitely not the extra cheese they have the nerve to charge for. Also they need to learn that you don’t put the tacos between the hot quesadillas. This just makes the tacos stick to the wrapper so when you open them the bottom is soggy and falls apart and you can’t even eat them like a taco. This is nearly inedible food.

Had an issue at the order kiosk… we spent several minutes placing an order only for the kiosk to crash at payment. It threw a system error saying it couldn’t connect, so I went to get help. The guy working clearly couldn’t be bothered — he flat-out admitted he’d “never seen that before” and acted like it wasn’t his problem. I literally had to ask him to walk over and even look at the error. He showed zero professionalism and even less effort. Just pathetic customer service. Now I get to worry about being double-charged when the kiosk decides to wake back up. This management seriously needs to reevaluate who they’re hiring and maybe bring in people who actually give a damn about doing their job.

Not a good place to get food at. Took 30 minutes to get food and then had music that was terrible coming from the kitchen that should not be played in a family setting on top of multiple health code violations. Should seriously be looked into restarting on the staff
