I’ve been going here since 1994 when they first opened. The place is smoky as heck, probably the same tables they had 30 years ago, but I’ve never had a bad meal there either. The trick for pizza slices is if you want them crispy you got to ask, they’ll leave it in the oven for a little extra time for you. I ate there tonight staff is always super friendly. A+

I grew up in New York so I am always a bit wary when a place advertises their pie as New York style. However the crust, sauce to cheese ratio and overall flavor was on point. Both slices were purchased ala carte, not in a pie, and both were great. Would not hesitate to return here when craving pizza. Don’t expect a New York replica, because that’s not realistic, but expect something pretty damn satisfyingly close nonetheless! As far as atmosphere, it’s your basic mom and pop place with some nice tributes to New York. Service was prompt and courteous despite being very busy with takeout.

Guido’s is one of my favorite places to get a slice or two of New York style pepperoni pizza. It has a fantastic taste. Excellent crust and refreshingly generous amount of cheese in a world going too light on most toppings. Always look forward to seeing what specialty pies they have and supporting their business. Wish the machines wouldn’t ask for a tip when you’re just standing up during the entire process. What “service” am I tipping for? Owners should pay their employees better and stop asking the customers to subsidize their hourly rate.

We ordered a sausage and basil pizza. We got a salt lick, dry-spinach pizza instead with only a few sausage pieces.
The salt was to make the spinach mimic basil. Ever had fried spinach and salt on bread? It’s nasty. So salty it makes your tongue burn and twist.
But…they gave us a coupon for 1 free slice (unannounced and attached to the box), I guess to assuage their guilt.
This level of purposeful deception will cost them.
Place went to the birds. Best to go elsewhere.

Very smokey and hot inside. Outside was a beautiful night but flies everywhere.. Pizza was pretty tasty (7.8) despite being see-through floppy crust.

Affordable New York style pizza slices where they toss it in the oven to reheat it. I tried a slice of pepperoni and special with onion and olive oil sauce. They encourage folding your slice but offer silverware if you must cut it. Pizza had a crisp crust but lacked a little cheese to get 5 stars. That being said, 2 slices and a soda was under $10!

We really enjoyed the Basil Pizza and Pepperoni Pizza by the slice. The garlic bread is also TO DIE FOR. The prices were great and the pizza was fresh 10/10.
FYI: it is thin crust NY style, which is perfection, but definitely not deep dish if that’s your thing.

Heard so much about this place and was severely underwhelmed. First off, the pizza was huge, I loved how big it was and I loved the thinness of the crust, and also the size of each slice. Thats where the good stops. I ordered their red and their white pizza. The red was not too bad, but nothing to rant and rave over like ive seen people do online. It was mid at best. Then came the white pizza, worst white pizza I’ve ever had. The white sauce was non existent, it was just cheese on dough. Then there was a whole issue with topings. They didnt offer any premium pizzas, just a “base” pizza then you add the toppings you want. The problem comes though when they charge $22 for just a base and then $3 a topping after that, yes even for black olives, or other cheap veggies, all toppings $3 each. I did order online, maybe that was my problem, but still their problem not mine.

This place is a keeper. The pizza is good and filling. The staff working there were stellar in their service. The atmosphere with all the things hanging on the walls give this place a A+ rating. It felt like home and it was my first time being there.

Outstanding! Seriously on point. Excellent balance between the dough, sauce and cheese. Crust was tender not tough but with good bite. Easily foldable. One of the best pies I’ve had in a while. Delivery via DoorDash was fast too.
