My new most favorite Mexican food restaurant in town. Avacado fries (deep fried avacado, drizzled in honey and served with and amazing sauce ARE INCREDIBLE). House margaritas are lovely, and the outdoor (dog and kid friendly) porch have an awesome Baja feeling. Family owned and AMAZING!!!

So let’s start with the food. It was AMAZING! Each bite explodes with flavor. The presentation is good too. When you first come in you get some chips and 2 salsas with a small bowl of tomatoes. There’s a brownish one that’s not spicy, but smokey and delicious. Then there’s a pineapple habanero one that is extremely spicy! (That one is the one in the picture.) I got the Fajitas Combo and it comes with chicken and steak. They also make their own tomato sauce. They both burst into a delicious flavorful symphony in your mouth! The lemonade is also really good. It’s not too sweet and not too sour. The details that they put in the decorations for the restaurant are so beautiful. It made me feel like I was in a tropical paradise for a second. When I came it was around Christmas time and they played Christmas Carol’s and they somehow made them sound kinda tropical. I would definitely come here again.

Always a good choice, I really enjoy this West side restaurant. I usually get the chicken salad, which I love but was feeling like having something different. The steak fajita quesadilla with blue cheese aioli can’t be beat! The chips and salsa are plentiful and come out right away. The salsa is a bit different from the typical, warm and mild but still flavorful and very good.

Amazing vegan options! I had the portobello fajitas and they were delicious! The staff is so friendly, the atmosphere is so relaxed, and my food came out quickly! Their drink menu is so fun I had the Freckled Parrot and it is the perfect boozy lemonade!

We had spent the day outdoors venturing the Garden of the Gods & Manitou Springs when a serious craving for Mexican food kicked in. Me, my boyfriend & sister decided to pop by this restaurant and let me tell you, we will 100% be back anytime we are in town. First, we were seated quickly on the outside patio (dog friendly) which was great. Second, the service was lovely (attentive but not over bearing) and the food was DELICIOUS!! We moved here from Texas where there is no shortage of Mexican restaurants and I was truly impressed. We all ordered different dishes and shared and let me tell you, not one plate had anything remaining when we were done. The food was flavorful, had a great kick to it, came out fresh, and satisfied our craving better than we could have imagined. Excited to go back and try some new dishes. Check it out!

We just stumbled upon this place, and we’re glad we did!
We shared the artichoke dip with chips and vegetables. The bread bowl was warm and fresh.
We also each ordered the buffalo chicken wrap. It has a little spice to it, which blue cheese makes it so delicious!
Didn’t like that the prices were not on the menu. Wasn’t quite sure how much we spent until we got our bill. 🙁

When my In laws ask where we want to eat in the springs my go to is always salsa on the rock. The food is great service is great. I always get the pineapple martini with the extra little shaker, not overly sweet and so great. The best thing on the menu in my opinion is the pick two fajitas and I get the steak and Portobello the steak is always super tender and it’s a beautiful combo! Will be back again and again!

First time here and I’m amazed. The staff were very friendly. The food was soooo good. The chips were brought with three different salsas: spicy, mild and sweet. I had a strawberry margarita because it was happy hour:) and I could tell they definitely did not skimp on the tequila. And the sweet salsa definitely took some bite out of the spicy rice and beans. Overall a fantastic place to eat!
