It’s my first time trying Carl’s Jr. personally, I don’t like their jalapeño burger, tastes weird, their chicken nuggets were ok, the fries were the only one I ate. I ordered a strawberry Fanta and a sprite, but it tasted like water from the sink. Maybe I’ll give it a chance next time.

Burger was phenomenal. I asked for extra shredded lettuce and I got it for sure.. extra sauce? Heck yeah! You know this thing was saucey!! Added pickles and onions, for free! You cant get that in many places nowadays. Fries were perfect and fresh, same with my star tendies and sp chicken sando. Everything was amazing. Thanks for the delicious burger!

Have been here a few times and usually its been decent since Carl’s Jr burgers are phenomenal. However this particular Carl’s Jr has messed up more than a few times. Went through the drive through ordering two of the exact same burger and went home to eat them. First burger was great and exactly what I ordered, second was wrapped in the wrapper for the burger I ordered but inside was a completely different burger and not what I ordered nor something I even like. Second time I ordered ahead on the mobile app and had a set time for the food to be ready. Went inside and waited 15 minutes after my pick up time and the place was dead quiet with no additional orders besides two others who waited even longer than me for their food.

The person running the cash register, (I assume the manager) was being rude to customers trying to get the free breakfast burger.
He told one customer who had an problem with ordering the deal that they should read the coupon correctly next time in a harsh tone.
When I went to the counter my mobile order hadn’t gone through their ordering system yet, and he blamed me instead of the app, accusing me of making the order to early when I had made it 5 minutes earlier, and went to the store when the app told me to. This made me think I was in the wrong and might have ordered at the wrong location. When the order went through their system he rudely yelled my name at me and told me it finally went through, even though there was no need to call my name when the food wasn’t ready yet.
I never plan on going to this location again. Even though it was right next to the dentist office and I had just finished my appointment, I would rather drive to another carl’s junior to get better service.

Got giardia from this location. Called and spoke to a very sweet shift leader who was nice and empathetic and said a manager would give me a call. Today a ASM called me and said immediately upon answering “I heard you got the poop food poisoning?” The most extremely unprofessional management I’ve ever spoken to. He kept telling me they score perfect 100s on their inspections bc the health department continously keeps getting called on them to come out and inspect. That should be your first clue if other people are getting sick and health department is coming in weekly. Perfect scores also dont test always proper handwashing from exiting a bathroom. Giardia is specifically from someone going poop and not properly washing their hands and preparing food. I begged him to stop talking and just have a manager or owner call me. There was no apology, just kept telling me his best advice was to report them to the Health department. Im baffled and shocked by the complete lack of professionalism.

This was our first time to this location. It was clean, fast and friendly. Patty was cold on both burgers. Otherwise, everything was good. The parking is a little dodgy. The restroom was clean. Also one of the soda machines were broken. The cashier understood my order clearly. Give it a B.

I come into this restaurant almost every morning to get my bacon. Egg burrito and loaded breakfast burrito. The manager here and staff are incredibly polite, always hardworking.And I can get enough of this place.No other carls jr in the area compares to this one.Definitely recommend everyone to come to the be return location of tv highway and murray! Yesah cheeehoo!

Went through the drive through at Carl’s junior and got myself the California classic combo and let me just say that was good and only $5.99 . Service was very professional fast and friendly. I was in and out of there without waiting in line. Would recommend coming through the drive through at this location if you ever come to this particular Carl’s junior.

My food was made at the time of my order. The dinning room and the bathroom was very clean. The person taking my order was very helpful with finding me ways to save money on my order. She had impeccable customer service skills. I do not go to fast food often. When I do, I will drive out of my way to go to this location.

Too many errors with orders in the drive through. Have only been through this drive through a total of 5 times… they’ve gotten our order wrong 3 of those times. The emplyees of this Carl’s Jr. are clearly not interested in Customer Service… just there to collect a paycheck. Also, hiring people to man your drive-thru that do not possess strong multi-lingual/english skills are really not a good fit for the position, which must be really difficult for managers to fill.
