I don’t typically leave reviews but Im going to have to for this one. My food portions after $40 later ,it was an online order with no love. I don’t think the person who made this would appreciate this if they got their food like this. My chips are soaking wet !?!?? Ew and my bowl is missing like the other portion. Genuinely the worst Chipotle I have ever been to. All of the employees are rude and genuinely do not care about anything. Every time I have ordered within the past six months, there’s been something wrong with my order, especially when I get a delivery. Most recently, somebody stole my order and the store refused to make it even after the Dasher complained and I called to complain as well. I know it wasn’t a DoorDasher who stole the order because the first driver who arrived had called me and said that somebody had already picked it up. The store refused to be accommodating or provide a refund. Every location I go to has the vinaigrette and will give it to me when I ask for it. I even offer to pay because I know some people take advantage of this. One of the last times I went in there, I asked for a side of vinaigrette and said that I would pay for it and one of the employees said “ I wasn’t going to give it to you either way” And then continued to get an attitude with me when I told her that I was paying with cash. Please do better.

My experience at Chipotle was completely unacceptable. The staff were slow, inattentive, and acted like they couldn’t care less about the customers standing right in front of them. I was ignored while employees talked among themselves, and when I was finally helped, the attitude was rude and dismissive. The line moved at a painfully slow pace, and the overall lack of professionalism was obvious. For a place that charges the prices it does, this level of horrible service is embarrassing and absolutely inexcusable.

I love Chipotle. I worked at one when I was out of high school in 20-teens. So I have a good understanding of how a chipotle should be preparing food/drinks.
This has to be one of the worst Chipotle I have ever been to. Serving sizes are always different, orders are never correct, fajitas are always raw, drink dispensar is always missing ice and/or a specific drink needs the bag replaced(meaning you get straight carbonated water). After my first bad experience there, I didnt want to say anything, as it could have just been a bad day. But this has been happening basically everytime I go there, or order takeout from there.
Also have to mention going in, chairs are always on the tables, like they dont want you to dine in there. And as per working at a Chipotle before, the dining area needs to be ready before open.
I hope this Chipotle location does better.

If you make an online order and pick it up, be prepared for there to be no care, I even checked emergency and I had ordered way more than this and this is what they gave me. I really don’t wanna have to start checking my food before I drive off Some confidence and their ability would be nice.

Terrible Experience. Restaurant was filthy with overflowing trash and not a clean table to be found. No silverware or napkins. Area in total disarray. My pickup was promised for 7:40 but didn’t end up getting my food until 8:00PM. Staff told me several times my order was up next then proceeded to hand others food. Portions were small, burritos were not double wrapped as ordered (and paid for) and I got shorted chips. This place has really gone downhill!

Visited at 830pm on a Tuesday. The food was very poor quality. Steak was dry. The cashier told me they didn’t have any trays so I had to make trips to and from the counter to take my family’s food over. Every table in the restaurant was dirty. I had to clear my own table from someone else’s food spill. (Who knows how long it had been sitting there. It was half dried on) The garbage was overflowing. There wasn’t a single fork available. Napkin holders were empty. There was a sleeve of napkins sitting there because someone put more out but was too lazy to restock the holders. The sleeve of napkins was almost empty so it clearly had been there a while. The area where the silverware and napkins should be was full of straw wrappers, crumpled up napkins, and plastic knives just strewn all over.

Let me begin by saying most of my orders are delivery and when I go to visit this location they never really have what I want so I don’t order.
I’m leaving this review because I’ve reached out via chat/called the restaurant with no resolution. I have not eaten here in over a year and I’ve experienced the same thing that’s kept me from ordering delivery from this location tonight.
I’m 39 weeks and decided I’d order delivery. Huge mistake on top of additional fees for ordering delivery $35 for one bowl queso and two lemonades I’m so disappointed.
They never have fajita veggies they need to 86 them from this location, I didn’t get extra anything that I ordered. The bottom of the bowl was watery and there was no salsa it tasted like cilantro and tomato. Nothing was hot or fresh. I’m pregnant if I wanted a kids bowl or sample I’d order that. Don’t order delivery/online from this location. They don’t care about what they’re sending people.

Used to go to this location all the time and get great food. now the workers are sloppy and hostile. not to mention the food is disgusting now. please just drive down the road to the brentwood location this location is terrible.

Gross and disorganized. Waited almost an hour for an order and they weren’t busy except pick up orders. The service was subpar and someone needs to make this place clean and safe. Trash I over flowing, there trash piled up by the fountain drinks and boxes on the floor, food all over the floor from the kitchen to dining floor. I have pictures as well.
