I can’t believe how quality at Chipotle has completely tanked. I literally paid nearly four dollars extra for a”guacamole” only to get half of an entire avocado that was harder than a rock! The quesadilla was literally burnt and the cheese was harder than that half of avocado. Completely inedible. Customer service is a joke, they give you to AI and refuse to even refund your order. Total waste of money.

This Chipotle location has really gone downhill — and not in the fun, sledding kind of way. The food quality has been consistently disappointing. On multiple occasions, my family and I have been served rice that was either undercooked or so dried out it could double as gravel.
The guacamole deserves its own sad chapter. Three separate times I’ve walked away feeling let down. Once because someone clearly forgot the lime juice, and twice because the avocado was left in large, unmashed chunks. Nothing says “we gave up” quite like a scoop of guac that feels more like chunks of shame than creamy perfection.
And then there was the unforgettable visit when the HVAC system was dripping steadily over the drink station. Buckets, trash cans, and caution signs were scattered around like modern art installations. Safety first, of course, but the obstacle course it created made simply grabbing a drink feel like competing on American Ninja Warrior.
After enough rounds of culinary roulette (and hydration gymnastics), we’ve decided this location is no longer worth the gamble.

I was about to give up on this place. The last couple times I’ve been here, the food has been substandard. The chicken has been extremely salty and lettuce is always brown and gross. My most recent visit has redeemed this store by making one of the best burritos I’ve ever had. I hope they keep it up

Warning! Stopped there today for lunch and the chicken was cold. Ended up tossing it in the trash out of fear of getting food poisoning. This location is the worst for portion sizes. Double chicken is the same as one scoop at most Chipotle’s. Food prep area is always dirty. Meats are burnt and have burnt meat from the grill stuck on the chicken. Don’t even know why I post this. Corporate turns a blind eye to these reviews. Maybe the health department will check food temps since they are selling cold cooked chicken.

Food wasn’t at mobile counter so I had to wait until they flagged me down. Food itself had completely uncut “carne asada” which was EXTREMELY tough and chewy. To top it off (literally) I asked for sour cream and they just dumped a ton of it on top, completely ruining the taste. These are not simple mistakes, they are incompetence.
Another review reminded me: I tried the new “online only” quesadilla and BOY did it suck. Exactly as the person below me describes, it was essentially burnt. It wasn’t blackened, but there was an occasional flake of char and the food itself clearly tasted dry and burnt. It was so unappetizing that we just threw it away halfway through the meal.
Chipotle used to be a quick, consistent staple. I didn’t even mind that they’re a little pricey. I sincerely think this is the death knell for our patronage.

Food was good, the personal was very racist, we got dirty looks since the moment we walked in, we were being rushed while they were making our order, even tho there was not a line nor was busy. Cashier was rude and tried to avoid us when we got closer to the window to order, but her whole mood shifted when a Caucasian costumer came in, she was super nice to that costumer. I don’t recommend you to come in here if you’re a person of color.

The place was very dirty, employees were walking on garbage on the floor, and the serving counter was mixed with different food items. The guy making the bowls just pushed the bowls through all the random food until someone came over to clean up the counter and pushed food back into the serving bowls area all mixed up. All trashcans that were visible were overflowing.

Overall experience was terrible. Everyone working the line was miserable. Everything wasn’t stocked. And very dirty. Skimped out on everything. We got the scraps. Had to ask for extra chicken and steak and they went into the back with our bowl. No where to be seen. Lady didn’t even strain the tomato juice and soaked my bowl. Then completely walked away from making my bowl. We just stood there waiting. We walked right out of line because no one was helping. Worst chipotle experience I’ve ever had. We will never go back there.
