This place was Horrible Horrible Horrible the pizza that we got from them cost $44 bucks once we got home the white pizza was very hard the crust tastes like cardboard super & thin even the crust was burnt! On top of that there was no ricotta on the pizza and no flavor… I called the store back to get a refund from them for just one of the pizzas even though both of them are nasty my husband decided to keep the regular cheese pizza….they asked me to bring the white pizza back to the place so the manager can see if it was burnt like are you serious he has to make them decision for my taste buds lol we get back to the place they’re going to tell me oh it’s not burnt… Excuse me it’s burnt to my liking anyway what a way to treat your first time customers that will never be back . Then they’re going to offer me a 50% off next time I come in lol there will be no next time!! Stay away people !!! I wouldn’t suggest this place to anyone the customer service was horrible the manager was horrible everything about this place is terrible do not buy pizza from here!!! Burnt – Dry- thin hard pizza!!

I’ve never tried this place before soI wanted some extra spicy buffalo wings. When I received them I noticed the re was hardly any sauce on them, save the bottom of the tray. I called and was told it’s a ‘new thing the manager is doing’… The wings are beyond weak and not even remotely spicy. Mostly dry. I asked if the wings normally come that way and was told to come back in and order wings with dry spice on top, at no discount. Lady had an attitude and hung up. Do not order their buffalo wings if you expect spice or sauce.

We had a fantastic first visit to Bella Roma Pizzeria!Gigi, our waitress, greeted us with a warm welcome, gave great recommendations, and was incredibly attentive to several tables at once. The local Buddha beer was a nice touch, and the house special pizza was flavorful and delicious. We’ll definitely be back, and I told the owner to keep Gigi—customer service like hers is priceless. Great job, team!

When I heard they were under new management I was nervous but everything about the new menu and renovations the new owner did are all fantastic. The pizza is fresh and crispy! New seating and tables have really brought light into this restaurant. Would definitely recommend!!!

If you’re looking for an incredible Italian dining experience, try this gem of a restaurant! We recently visited and were blown away by the amazing pizza and pasta dishes. The pizza had a delicious dough that was perfectly baked, with a great crispiness and flavor—truly one of the best we’ve ever had.
The pasta was equally impressive; you could taste the quality in the sauce. Every dish felt like it was homemade quality and fresh that truly sets this restaurant apart.

Bella Roma is under new management and the dinners we had last night were absolutely delicious! I had eaten there under the previous owners and the food was mediocre, but it is superb under the new owners. My chicken cacciatore was loaded with tender white chicken, vegetables and delicious tomato sauce and spaghetti! The serving was so generous that I just finished the rest as tonite’s dinner! I tasted my friend’s spaghetti and meatballs and, as a lover of S&MB, it was great!
It is a homey, family style place, and our waitress, Regine was exceptionally gracious and perfect in taking care of us. She gets, and deserves, an A++++.
Finally, I encounted a slight leftover “diflugalty” from the previous owners and it was rectified without problem in such a way that demonstrated outstanding generosity, customer care and integrity!
Try this new ownership and you’ll be very happy that you did, I think! We certainly were!

I went to the restaurant for the first time this week with my wife and nephew. The food was exceptional. I had the shrimp risotto which was delicious. The atmosphere was great and calming and the service was attentive and extremely knowledgeable. I look forward in returning in the near future to try the extensive menu selections.

Ok, so this restaurant was the worst I ever been to. When me and my husband first came in the waiter told a couple that they had to take they food to go because they didn’t say they were dining in. It is the employee job when entering a restaurant to ask ” for here or to go”. Because this was not communicated she assumed they were taking it to go and wasn’t allowed to change there mind and eat in. I was mad for them. After seeing that why did I expect anything different. I asked for lemons she said she forgot. I ordered spaghetti and meatballs with no onion and mushrooms. She said that doesn’t come in it just the pasta and sauce. My husband and I ordered pasta which was watery and full of onions. The meatballs had no taste along with the garlic rolls. We couldn’t eat it so we got it to go and asked for to go plates. I asked for the small tin bowl for the breads and one for the pasta. We got the one for the pasta and she bought a foam to go plate but I asked for the tin one. One of the waitress (I think she was in training) was going to go get it but the lady told her no and that I was going to use what she gave me. I was so upset I left those nasty rolls there. How are you going to tell a customer what we going to use. No ma’am!!!! This is not a place you want to eat at. DISGUSTING!!!!!!!

We use to come here in the late 90’s thru the 2010’s, with our girls cheerleading teams. We just happened to drive by the other day, and tried them again. We had forgotten how delicious their food is!!! We both ordered Stromboli’s but edited the toppings to our own tastes—DELICIOUS!!! We will be coming back for take out, delivery and eat in!!! So glad we reconnected with Bella Roma again!!

My response to the owner:
We were not treated respectfully and fairly like you said. We were dining quietly and you allowed a table of people that were shouting to ruin our dinner. How is that fair? Also, not saying something to them is not respectful to us! Additionally, my family had to ask for money off the bill. You did not offer that! You have a very strange policy that once people are seated, you can’t control them.
My original review:
I had an extremely disappointing first time dining experience there! I invited my family to have dinner at Bella Roma before a show. There was a table of people that were talking so loudly we had to move away from them. We asked them to keep it down but they continued to shout and act like they were in their own home instead of a restaurant. It’s a small place so even though we moved it was unbearable! We couldn’t hear each other at all! It ruined the entire dinner! We asked the waitress to take care of this. She said she’d get the owner/manager. He took a very long time to come over! We couldn’t even hear him. He never said anything to the loud table! We were treated like garbage! My guests had spent a lot of money! The waitress took a small amount of money off the bill only because my guests asked for that. The owner didn’t apologize to us and had a pretty bad attitude! We’ve never been treated so poorly! I strongly recommend you stay away from this place!! Their prices are somewhat high and with so many better Italian Restaurants out there I wouldn’t bother with this place!
