The staff are nice, they don’t ignore you like a lot of other busy mcds. The food is decent, hot and fries are fresh not stale. The burgers are just fine. For how busy they are the food comes out relatively fast. Cleanliness could use some work but overall exceeded expectations.

Don’t honor nationwide deals also consistently make you pull up the the last window even when its an extremely basic order and no one is behind you. They are trying to keep their overall time down but then take forever to bring you the food.

I used to visit this location fairly regularly. I’d spend a good amount feeding my family, and I would get myself a Buy 1 Get 1 for a $1 item.
At some point this location stopped participating in that promotion. I have not been back since, and have no plans to return. Without that deal, the value proposition isn’t there. It seems short sighted to not honor that deal, as fast food is already just as expensive as a traditional restaurant. Taking away one of the few “deals” that still exists is a sure way to drive away remaining customers.

Yall better be careful eating here. Didn’t give me my change and then got an attitude when I asked for it. Said “I wrapped it up with your receipt” Normally I wouldn’t care cause it was only $1 but this has happened before with the exact same lady. Should be ashamed of yourself trying to steal people’s cash. Post a video of you giving me the dollar if youre so sure if yourself.

Food was haphazardly tossed in the bag and sloppily prepared. Had to wait a long time. Lacks customer service engaged employees. They do not provide a receipt for purchases on both purchases I had, actually, they tossed in the trash without asking. You can’t report poor service feedback without the receipt.

Unable to procure a receipt. The food is solid, nothing to write home about. The workers were unable to procure a receipt. After asking, they came back with a receipt with no prices or costs. Super weird. Then, upon asking again, a different worker appeared SEVERAL minutes later, and asked what our order was. After a couple more minutes, they finally procured a receipt with prices.
