I ordered a large sundae and received what I normally receive when ordering a small. I told the worker at the window that I ordered a large, and he responded that corporate told them to start using small cups but it is somehow the same amount of ice cream as a large would be. that’s total bs, and very disappointing considering how often I came here

My family and I visited this place recently for the first time. The first thing I noticed is how pack this place was and at the same time every one looks so happy. They have a green area between another building and there were a lot of kids safety playing there, they were having a blast just playing outside with some other kids in such a nice and safe green area.
I noticed how clean the outdoor tables and floor were, also noticed the garbage cans were emptied frequently. This place have a drive thru which is very convenient. Ice cream was delicious, prices were great, staff were polite, patient and very friendly. Definitely we will go back to Twistee Treat UCF

First time at twisty treat brought my family here just passing through the area. We made a pretty large order and they gave my son the wrong topping but they quickly corrected the order no problem. Very clean well maintained and the staff are awesome and friendly. Will definitely visit again next time here

The employees need to provide better customer service. Asking “what else?” or “anything else?” 20 times while I’m ordering is not good service it feels rushed and unprofessional. Half of my order ended up being canceled because of their false sense of urgency. There was no one behind us in the drive-thru, and no one waiting at the window, yet the employee kept rushing us to order. The sad part is that by reading the reviews you can tell that the corporation or franchisee don’t care because it keeps happening.

Have been to this location before, and it is always the same thing. Staff appeared unmotivated or tired of working. The last three times we have gone to this location in colonial dr, the orders have been prepared wrong, and the staff gets uneasy whenever you let them know about the incorrect order.
This last time, the establishment was empty and when finishing my 1st order the staff attending gave me the total right away when I tell her my second order the tone in her voice change, ( very passive aggressive ). The food is excellent but I’m not gonna go back if the order are gonna be prepared wrong and the staff is not gonna accept that the order is wrong ( even with receipt) and to the owner, I know this might not be a concern because I have seen others with the same issues and still it is persistent, eventually it will take a turn on the business.

They are constantly out of flavors for weeks at a time. Paid almost $3 for a single scoop in this kids cup, they didn’t even bother to try to fill the container. I want to like this place but it’s terrible at ordering and execution, even with a good product

The ice cream here is so good! The customer service is also really good! Especially Madison, I have 3 kids and they can never make their mind up, she gave them suggestions and was so patient!! Definitely recommend this place!

I am so beyond upset with my experience at this location. I get up to the order screen and the girl that took my order starts off by saying “what do you want”? I brush that off and proceed to order a large strawberry cone. I get to the window, get charged $9 dollars somehow and the guy says sorry it’s melted. My ice cream wasn’t even ice cream it was milk… and it was vanilla?? I tell the guy that it was supposed to be strawberry and he quite literally says “oh well then in that case the strawberry isn’t working”, WHEN MY FRIEND IN THE CAR IN FRONT OF ME GOT STRAWBERRY???? I am so upset when I was nothing but kind. waste of money. don’t go here unless you want the wrong thing, get melted ice cream, to be treated rudely, and get up charged for no reason.

I loved twisty treat and I’ve been coming here since I was a kid starting with the golden rod location and let me tell you this is my favorite twisty treat to go to. The atmosphere is always lively and clean, and the service is more friendly than any other twisty treat. I’ve been to. Go Knights!
