I am so honored to be able to review my experience with this restaurant!!
I rushed to get my favorite breakfast which is a jr. burrito. But I arrived at 10:28 and lunch is at 10:30, there were three workers. When I ordered, the cashier and cooks were courteous and helpful as they prepared my order. She even brewed me fresh coffee!! I am so grateful and proud of the experience!! Thank you so much!! Great customer service is the pinnacle of any establishment. I received a five star treatment at my favorite breakfast place. Blessings to you all!!

this is one of two favorite drive thrus in madison when it comes to customer service. those ladies are always happy and nice. they have been very consistent. customer service is super important y’all!

First thing I noticed was how clean the restroom was . You don’t see that very often in fast food restaurants are usually nasty,,,, Then we got up to the register. The lady greeted us with a smile, was very friendly and helpful another rarity. Most of the time the people act like they don’t even wanna be here. This group was very friendly and helpful greeted you with a smile. , we got our food quick it was hot and fresh , Best Burger King I’ve seen in a long time, Got all of the ones in the Augusta and Atlanta area beat for sure that group of employees should get a raise. They’re definitely doing their job.right I was very impressed

Can’t comment on the food because we waited at the drive thru for 22 minutes with no service. They need to rip out the drive-thru if they’re never going to use it. This is the second time we’ve tried this Burger King with the same result. We’re not dumb enough to give them a third chance. We went to the Arby’s across the street and were served almost immediately.

As a South African who immigrated to America, I can definitely tell you that the Burger King in South Africa does not come anything close to the Burger King here in America. I love everything about Burger King. It’s filling. It’s every bit of moneys worth and it’s absolutely delicious. I’ve never seen such big cups of coldrink before in my life. The service and quality of food here at Burger King in Madison is absolutely recommendable.

They gave us fries with what looked liked seasoning but it was from them cooking the fries in old grease!!! Who wants fries cooked in old grease. They put my entire burger in the microwave way too long my bun was completely torn up trying to open the wrapper!!!! They suck

The madison burger king has a very rude cook the man in the back tried to argue with my minor son over the sandwich that he the worker got wrong. And then after we had the right sandwich, he proceeded to continue to be very rude while back after we were already eating, that is very unprofessional. I’ve always had good service at this location and today was just not that same experience. Very disappointing.

I was the only person in line. Asked for an 8 ct nugget and large onion ring along with sweet and sour sauce. I asked for sweet and sour sauce 3 times (receipt shows this as well) and received zesty instead. Also, the food was drier than the Sahara desert and taste like paper. To add insult to injury, they wouldn’t give me a refund since “it was no longer in the system from earlier”.
