What a lovely experience! We were invited to Rose and Crown to support a fundraiser, and expected it to be like their older locations. It was bright and beautiful inside – a large room but still very cozy. It was packed, but surprisingly the service was excellent, as was the food for each of us.
We will definitely return for brunch!

I went to Rose and Crown for a business happy hour and really enjoyed it! The atmosphere is great relaxed yet lively and the terrace is such a nice touch. They have excellent drinks and the food was really good too. It’s the perfect spot for an after-work meetup or just to unwind with friends. I’ll definitely be back!

We were in Atlanta visiting and not far from our hotel. Was this cute little place called The Rose and the crown. We decided to venture out and it out and we knew that they had live music so that was exciting.
From the get-go it was super cute. There was plenty of parking when we got there. Mind you we did go early. The downstairs restaurant is upscale beautiful. Kind of like a speakeasy feel vibe. Very nicely done. We ventered upstairs for live music on the rooftop bar.
The hostesses were so sweet. Us, we were LED out to the patio and given our choice of tables after we sat down they told us that somebody would be with us shortly. She had gotten two steps away when our waitress had come up and already asked us if we knew what we’d like to drink if we had been there before the whole spiel.
Her waitress was very helpful and helping us decide drinks, food options, things like that. We also had a conversation about the Vols because I had on orange and my balls necklace.
I had a Cobb salad, that was wonderful, I didn’t take a picture of it because it was a Cobb salad. Lol
However, my husband ordered some sloppy burger with chili and bacon And a bunch of other stuff on it …just the bacon alone was half an inch thick. Oh my gosh, the bacon was a lot!… It was so thick but very yummy.
If you are a french fry connoisseur you do not want to miss this. Place! Their french fries were amazing. Actually I’m salivating just thinking about them right now And I saw later that they have sweet potato fries. I doubt they’re as good but it would be worth a try.
So, if you are any near the Rose and crown it would be worth your while to try this place. We were so happy with our choice!!

I love this place. The food is always good. I love that it has 2 separate vibes depending on what you’re going for. Upstairs is more relaxed & chill vibe while downstairs is a more formal & dainty atmosphere.

I use to go to Rose and Crown regularly back when they first opened. It was super nice. Dark cozy and a nice fireplace. Over time the food prices went up and the quality went down as they became more popular and lost their small feel. I haven’t been since my daughter was a baby and she’s now 15. Tonight it crossed my mind to try it once more to see how they’ve changed over the years. My daughter and I both got the French dip… It was too salty to eat and both ended up in the trash after the first bite. Her steak fries were barely regular fries and soggy. My onion rings were good though. She got carrot cake and it was super dry but somewhat edible she got three bites in before she had to stop and chug water… I got the chocolate brownie with ice cream and strawberries…….. it’s nothing like the pictures i added my own chocolate drizzle to try to help it. I also got rotten strawberries…. considering I spent over $100 for just the two of us to get a sandwich some fries onion rings and two poorly preserved desserts. We literally threw $100+ in the trash. Lesson learned. After a 15 year hiatus I’ll go back to avoiding this place.

I took a weekend trip to visit friends in ATL & I went to Rose & Crown with my bestie for Sunday Brunch. We had the Unlimited Mimosas for $20 and BAYBEEEEEEE our bartender Romona kept our glasses full! I ordered the Chicken biscuits & a side of Spinach, Tomatoes & gravy to add to my biscuit. 10000/10! The chicken & the gravy were seasoned to perfection! Every-time I visit ATL, I will be going to Sunday’s Brunch!

We went here for the first time, for a private event upstairs. The staff was super nice, and the space was great for the event.

My husband had the wings as they passed appetizers, and he said they were great. A friend had some bruschetta and said it was delicious. (I don’t eat standing up because I spill on myself and am a klutz)

We went downstairs for dinner afterwards. We had the lobster bites (OMG), and I had the chicken Caesar salad. You know, you can really make a salad boring — this wasn’t it. The salad was great – just the right amount of dressing, and generous with the cheese! The chicken was delicious – warm, moist, tender.

Miguel, the owner, stopped by the private event and was super nice. Staff was all very helpful. It got very crowded, and no doubt had to have been frustrating to serve the big crowd, but you wouldn’t have known it from their positive attitudes.

If you haven’t tried this place, put it on your list.

(P.S. – I hadn’t been here before, but apparently, they’ve done renovations and it looks a lot different).

Photos are of the space upstairs.

Even with a reservation for Valentines Day, we had to wait over 30 min and then we were offered to sit upstairs. The prices were crazy high and the food was just okay. The only good thing about this Valentines Day dinner was our service. The server was great! Kudos to him for having a great attitude despite all the bad ones I’m sure he had to endure throughout the night at no fault of his own!

Great experience on a Saturday night! The food was good and the drinks were refreshing! The service was good and the waiter really helped guide us with our drink selections. We sat upstairs in the tavern area, it was a bit crowded, but we thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Would recommend and definitely would return!
We tried the turkey burger (amazing) and the hot honey chicken sandwich. We also tried the regular fries (average at best) and sweet potato fries. The sweet potato fries were wonderful!
Expect to pay about $25 or more per person, not including drinks.

Loved it! From the moment we walked in, the cozy yet elevated atmosphere made us feel right at home. The service was warm and attentive without being overbearing—which always sets the tone for a great dining experience. It was raining so did not get a chance to experience the patio however, I will definitely come back for that!
