Another good customer service event… Kammi serves a flawless $103.00 order and the customer leaves with a perfect order, happy and tips extremely well. Ryan cooks with style and skill with a backup from Davontie.
A 9 year customer, and consistently always great food and service. Jerry, Jewels, JW, Ryan, Austin, Macayla, Regan and the entire cooks, and servers are all great. Daniel keeps a great handle on food quality and proper staffing, so every customer has a great experience during the visit.

This is a good Waffle House. Very friendly and welcoming staff and food was fine. My photo isn’t the best because by the time I decided to take a picture, I was already well into it.
Waffle House isn’t a fancy breakfast but it’s solid when you go to good ones and this was one of them. Also, the service was spot on and friendly. The midnight crew getting off at 7 am are great.

Just wanted everyone to know that Waffle House normally gets a bad rap for being a Waffle House on the interstate but the one here on Main Street in Hendersonville was amazing I arrived at 5:00 a.m. to find that the cook was cleaning the floors cleaning his grill everything look pristine Android 2 cups of coffee before ordering my food first of all the cook stop what he was doing to wash his hands and then put on 2 gloves so when he touched the raw meat he then removed 1 ordered my hash browns light they were cooked to perfection scrambled eggs with cheese with cooked to Perfection as well as the bacon and the toast was toasted perfectly with a nice spread of butter unlike other places that barely put any..now he is singing and smiling while cleaning the floors.. he’s a keeper I own my own business and if I were you I would do whatever I could to keep him he’s a keeper thank you Waffle House by the way the waiter did a great job 2..

I love this waffle house. no matter how rough the night is they give me the best service. my only complaint is there is very unnecessary hostile energy in the kitchen. I witnessed one staff member try to talk to someone who was doing dishes to take over and the other lady gave her a disgusting attitude. I want my waffle house ladies treated respect and dignity but if they cant treat each other that way then there’s a problem. you dont have to like the people you work with but you need to be cooperative and if you cant do that get a different job. I dont know if there was previous conflict or not but it was very sad to see.

One of the nicest Waffle House around best in Hendersonville. Staff has been there awhile. They all work well together. We come 3 times a year to Nashville stay in Hendersonville. Every time we come down same staff members. We always look for Olivia she full of smiles always checks on us. The rest of the staff are outstanding as well. This is the place for breakfast to start your day.

Waffle House is a staple growing up in the Hendersonville Tennessee area, recently went with Gbaby because the Jonas Brothers have a song out called The Waffle House it was the usual colorful variety of patrons, yelling of “Smothered, Covered, Chunked” watching the servers dancing gracefully around each other between the Grill and Counter, we had an amazing server Olivia with her Disney princess voice who was very attentive… gotta love The Waffle House

The Waffle House on Main Street, Hendersonville, TN continues to be mine and my husbands Favorite breakfast place. The staff to us are more than that, they have become what it feels like family. We have been going to this Waffle House for several years now, mostly on Saturdays, and sometimes on Sundays. The people and the service does not change, no matter how busy or stressed, they are always ready to speak to us, serve us, and show amazing hospitality.
Jennifer and Ken, the Regionals, are two amazing people, and are both very hard workers-leaders. You would never know if they had a bad day, because no matter what their day is like, you are the priority.
My husband and I attended their annual Valentine’s Day event for the first time this year, and it was truly incredible. You never would think to spend Valentines at the Waffle House, but we will definitely make this a tradition. They decorated the entire Diner of French cuisine, and had: A violinist, photo booth, laminated specialty menus, table cloths, heart shaped chocolate, and everyone dressed up in French-restaurant attire. It was such a special experience, and highly recommended.
