McDonald’s has become reliant on technology and cares little about customer service. This store should be shut down and terminate the employees that fail to take an order at the counter. I came in to order a drink and the cashier refused to take the order. Instead, they wanted me to place the order via the kiosk . ZERO customer service skills.

This store always parks you no matter what your order is. I dont understand how every night for dinner they park every car and get the food out at their leisure, which is usually a long time. And everybody is just ok with this? Im sitting here now and all ten spots they use to park cars and they are all filled. Staff more please.

Edit: Came here for my dad tonight on 11/3/25. The drive thru line is empty and they are parking every car. They told us they didnt have burgers ready. Didn’t have burgers ready at dinner time? Yep, never coming back.

Horrible experience! We were told to wait at the pickup section for our food and they had us waiting more than 30 mins! They served people that got there after us! Very sloppy and order was incorrect !

Newly remodeled and the service here is subpar at best. Doesn’t matter what time of the day you come here there’s always going to be a wait at least 10 to 15 minutes. 3 out of 10 times they may actually get my order right and the trash cans always seem to be overflowing. But they did a great job remodeling the place

They always have good CUSTOMER SERVICE.. I’d say ABOUT 99.9 percent of the time the food has been fresh.. I have yet to run in with an employee that has had a bad attitude in in this McDonald’s.. But for the most part this is one of the best locations in Madera. The only downfall is prices are getting crazy and meals are getting smaller. It’s a sad day when McDonald’s is not affordable anymore.

I usually go in about 2 to 4 times a week for Breakfast only – I Always receive excellent service – food is Always good – I receive my food Hot and just as I ordered it – the employees are Always very polite & respectful – A few names to mention are – Paul- he is Always Always on top of things – he Always greets you when you walk in – makes pleasant conversations – also there is Kaitlyn – she is always friendly – polite – makes sure everything is correct – then there are the management staff – Brook, Sydney, Angelica, Jenny, and the male managers, don’t know their names – but they are all on top of things, Great job McDonald’s Howard Rd – I appreciate the great service I receive every time I visit – Thank you – God bless!!

We went in for a quick dinner and as always the food was hot and delicious. We dined in and the store was clean. But one thing stood out above it all.. I’ve got to give credit to your employee Paul. Paul welcomed us with a warm smile and a friendly hello. Paul was also very attentive to all of our needs and despite being extremely busy, Paul approached our table to see how we were doing. I’ve never experienced this level of customer service at a fast food establishment.
Paul is one above the rest!
