I made a quick stop at this Starbucks to grab a drink on our drive from Indy to Louisville. This store had a lot of outdoor seating area in front of the store. Inside the store, it was super nice, cozy seating area, long horizontal counter and pick up area, with their merchandise shelf in one corner. Their drive thru lane was also very popular. They had a lot of the bakery items on display. Most of the drinks were available as well.
I ordered my favorite drink chocolate chip cappuccino with whip cream. My daughter got a valentine cake pop that she ate up in minutes. Surprisingly I had to wait about 10 minutes to get my drink. But the drink was made well, liked the taste of it.

I ordered a large drink this morning and the cup that I received was less than half full. If I wouldn’t have been waiting almost 15 minutes and almost late for work then I would have turned around and said something but I left disappointed with a less than half full cup of coffee I paid 6$ for.

I had such a wonderful experience at this Starbucks thanks to Anna. I was having a really horrible day, and her kindness honestly made such a difference. She was so happy, warm, and genuinely kind, and she took the time to fix my Carmel iced coffee perfectly without making me feel like a burden at all. Her positive energy completely improved my mood and made my day a little brighter. Anna is truly a gem, and Starbucks is lucky to have her.

I work in pharmaceutical sales and often order from Starbucks for my offices. Today I had by far the smoothest experience at a Starbucks location in my time of being a rep. I ordered 32 drinks, all of them were different and customized, and they did not even bat an eye at my request. I arrived about 8 o’clock and was out of there before 8:20am. Not only did I have a smooth experience, but everyone was so kind and cheerful! I can confidently say that I will be returning to this location Especially to bring coffee to my clients in the area. I bought a Cappuccino and a croissant for breakfast. The drink was upto the mark but felt like the croissant was not fresh. They took a while to get my order. But the staffs were super friendly. The store was also clean and quiet. Won’t mind to go and work there

I am a very conscientious driver and I gotta say, watch the dang curb when you pull in off the highway. It’s been hit about a million times and it’ll knock your filings right out. This thing sticks out four feet further than it should. Also, the service is slower than most Starbucks.

This place really misses the vibe of a coffee shop. Slow is an understatement, no one was in there just to work or be. There was no order to their drink making system. Pure chaos. Kind of comical to watch but it’s a brand that should do better now matter the location.
