I sat in line for over 30 mins to get a cold burger! The patties are hard and dried out and they doesn’t even fit the bun! It definitely doesn’t look like the burger I ordered.

Made my food verily sloppy, forgot to give me my pretzel so had to get a refund for that. Missed some more things that I ordered. Wouldn’t recommend. Hopefully other establishments aren’t like this.

Last time here. onion Rings were burned and just awful. Today they were spot on. Coney footlong was good as well. Did not get server’s name but very nice. All in all. a good visit and meal.

This establishment needs to new management. I pulled up to yhe speaker to order my food who ever was on the other end of taking my order came to the speaker and didnt announce themselves ao I didnt know to order. I can barely here the person over the speaker to order, was told my order was taken and to insert my card no prompt about the amount that it costs. I waited 30 minutes on food that never showed up. A worker cane over to my car to ask my what I ordered and I was shocked to asked because I know I paid for my food. I told her the order, the order on the screen says food is on the way never showed up. Another worker walked to my car to ask me what did I have, at this I wanted a refund or my food. I asked the worker for a manager whom is rude I aske her about a refund or my food she replied and sais what did you order, how does these people not knlw what you have I have said one to many times. I got my food it was cold, this place is a mess. I will nevvvvvvvveerrrrrr be backkkk everrrrrr.

I ordered on the app, my food was perfectly tempered, all items correct as well. Kavari was my carhop, very calm, polite and greeted me when he approached my vehicle. I’ve visited this location three times, and each time I notice all employees are polite even with the restaurant is quite busy. I appreciate the quality of food as well as the professionalism. By the way, I live in Hampton, the Fayetteville location is much much closer. I prefer the day and night shift employees attitudes and hard work at this location as the one in Fayetteville omg night shift is a nightmare attitude and accuracy of order wise.

We just left from having lunch at Sonic. Very good. Food was made fresh. I was most impressed with the staff and how patient the cashier was regarding our special request. Thank you, Aloni! She greeted us with a smile and she made sure she was still smiling throughout the whole transaction. It goes a long way. Thank you.

please get it together. please get new management. came and order 3 things, manger took my order and was rushing me off the speaker. she done forgot the main item i asked for. then when I get up to the window, the Manager, reaching over the employee to force my food in my face. very unprofessional. atp shut this establishment DOWNNNN!

This is the absolute worst I have ever been to. I ordered a burger some cheese sticks and some tots. The tots were not fresh, the cheese sticks were not cooked through, and the burger was fixed wrong. I took the food back and told them it wasn’t fixed right. They took and cooked the exact food I gave them, then gave it back to me. The main part that frusated me was the burger. They made it wrong, but when I asked them to remake it they didn’t. They just took the old toppings off added the new ones and gave it back to me. DON’T EVER GO TO THIS SONICS! IT IS THE WORST!

They were severely short staffed. No one was answering the drive thru so I parked in a kiosk… took about 10 minutes to be answered. They were polite and my food was great when I finally got it. Typical staffing issues.

Pulled in here to grab food for my family at noon on a Sunday…pressed red button and waited over 5 mins for someone to respond, pressed it again, was told someone would be right with me…someone finally answered so I started my order, and paused for a moment but absolutely nobody on the other side was responding to us. Absolutely ridiculous!!! I just turned around and left. I’m not going to be sitting somewhere for 15 minutes, especially as someone from out of state just for some food when there are plenty of other places around.
