Went here for sack of 10 and fish sliders, two fries and two drinks, pulled around payed, got are drinks and food check to make sure it was all in there turned out the fries weren’t in there i guess the lady didn’t hear me I wanted a number 8 but had to pay fries extra. Can’t go wrong with sliders and white castle fries soo good.

Typical Castle. Service and staff are good. Food is prepared per usual. Tough to give five stars for food and atmosphere at a White Castle, but compared to other locations this one is solid.

This was my first trip to a White Castle. I was skeptical about he quality of food but it was amazing, especially for the price. Fast quick service and great tasting burgers. I only wish they had one near me. I mean unfortunately we’re just passing through. If you’re looking for a fast quick meal, look no further. May stop on the way back for another box of burgers.

Been going here for many years. Unfortunately it has steadily gone down hill. It never fails, something is ALWAYS missing. It wasn’t like this in the past.
Today we went, and the order taker at the drive thru was HORRIBLE. One of the worst experiences at a fast food place in my life. My girlfriend would order something, the employee would ask “is that it?”, then she would say the next item, the employee would ask “is that it?!”, and so on. We didn’t get alot but each time she would name the next item the employee got increasingly annoyed and upset sounding. She was scared to say anything more so we just cut it off before we got everything we actually wanted. Mind you, this is 2 burgers, 3 burgers loaded fries and mozz sticks. Not alot. Not hard stuff. We get up to the window and get food, as we pull off we are missing half the food. She goes back in to get it and they are even more annoyed. Especially when she asked for a marinara sauce. We get home and they screwed up the loaded fries, and 3 cheeseburgers.
Also, as we were waiting, 2 cars had went to order food and after a minute or two they would pull off after talking to the employee. Assuming they were as rude to them as they were to us. I have never seen such terrible customer service as I had today.
If you want accurate orders and fresh food, dont go here.
