Came to good location and received old chicken and fries. Spent $50 and cannot stomach the food. Waste of hard earned money and time. Order was incorrect. We’ll have to purchase food somewhere else or just cook because we had to throw the food from here.

We placed an on line order foe a specific time to pick up. Definitely this location is newer, and nice and clean I side. We waited over 5 minutes before anyone approached us to find out what/why we were there. They were busy with a line for the drive thru area. All manpower appeared to he devoted to that. There was one customer that walked in before us, and only two men inside at a table eating. No one else came in until we left.
The order of chicken strip combo with tea was mediocre at best. Small strips, and fries were a little scrappy. My hubby had ordered the bo rounds and instead of 4, there were only 3 in the box with my combo. The honey mustard sauce was not in the box but I went back in and got one. This was a pick and go order so we didn’t bother to go back. 2 employees clocked in as we waited there. Maybe 10 to 12 minutes total time. The bill for this was about $16.
Can’t say that I would come here again, but give it a try if you wish.

Highly DO NOT recommend. I haven’t eaten at this bojangles in a long time because every time I go the food isn’t good and the order is never right. Decided to try it again today and what a surprise, biscuits are not done, doughy in the middle and white as can be, no season on the fry’s, the fry’s are old, burnt, and hard. Tea horrible, tastes like straight water. Will never give this location another chance. Pure waste of $35, all I got was two 5 piece supreme combos and a kids supreme, for $35???? Bojangles haven’t been the same since they sold out, now I’m not sure how they haven’t gone bankrupt.

I’ve requested a refund and tried calling corporate with no resolution. I received raw chicken 9/2/2024 on top of having to 20 minutes and go inside to pick up my CURBSIDE order. My biscuit looks as if someone took a bite out of it as well.

Please do better with your staff members. Attitude goes along way. I dealt with a young lady on the breakfast shift who got an attitude when I pointed out that they over charged me for a special they were advertising on their store front and asked could they correct that. She rolled her eyes at me, said nothing to me, and started yelling out for the manager. Customer service is such an easy thing. Saying I’m sorry for the mistake or oh let me get that corrected for you. It’s amazing how these type of people act like they don’t count on repeat business. Hey owner it’s your business they are ruining. Good luck with that warm welcoming flower. She needs to be stocking or mopping and not dealing with the public.

I walked in and ordered a dozen sausage biscuts and they were able to provide very quickly.

I’ve been to this location multiple times. It’s very clean. Current sanitation score is 99!. The staff are pretty nice for the most part. The main complaint I have is that the portion of fries is always very small & my biscuits are always burnt .. even when I ask for a light biscuit . Food is expensive.. it’d be nice to get a decent serving and what you ask for. The food is always warm and fresh though .

I visited Bojangles today and ordered a Supreme Combo with fries and a Bo-Berry Biscuit. Unfortunately, the fries had no seasoning and the biscuit barely had any icing. When I asked if I could get seasoning and icing, I was told it would be an extra charge—even though I had already paid.
What surprised me more was how the employee seemed like she didn’t want to be at work. When I came inside, she handed me a bag with what I requested, but the overall service felt unwelcoming.
I don’t think customers should be charged extra for basics like seasoning on fries or icing on a Bo-Berry Biscuit. This was a disappointing experience, especially considering Bojangles is usually known for flavor and hospitality.

Paid for a family fest 8pc only received tenders and 4pcs of chicken and sides when I got home. Called over 10 times no answer. This is the 2nd time I know to check my box in the drive thru line. This is very unacceptable especially when you’re spending over $40 for your food and money you work for.
